I don’t know why am I posting it here, but I really want to get it out somewhere.
I would rather work 7 days a week than having these holidays and crying.
It breaks my heart seeing my husband so stressed and sad about this whole thing.

2024.11.29 19:40 berserk_poodle Maltese international adoption (Europe preferred)?
We lost our beloved 16 yeard old Maltese girl last April. She was adopted as an adult (at 4 years), and I suspect not pure Maltese - She completely looked like one, but she was quite big for a Maltese. We aren't yet ready to ad a new member to our family, but when we do, we'd like to adopt another Maltese girl.
We are not looking for a puppy or a clean race Maltese - we do not care at all if the dog is mixed or an adult. What we are completely sure of if that we DO NOT want to buy - Our girl came from a puppy mill situation and we do not want to fuel this trade (this includes "ethical breeders" too - I personally don't believe in "ethical" breeding).
I live in a country where fortunately very few dogs are abandoned or surrendered (mostly big breeds), so we'd need to adopt internationally. Are there any rescues that accept international adoptions? Europe preferred, we live in Northern Europe.

I'm trying to find some old pictures of the village pre massive development. Probably early 2000's. I'm curious what was where the rink/etc are now. I remember the one entrance and just walking straight to the gondola but wanted to see the path before the changes.

So much is going wrong while I feel like I'm trying so so so hard do to the right thing and I feel like I will never get it right or fit in anywhere. For the first time in a long time I feel truly hopeless and I have moments where I don't believe things will ever change or get better, they'll probably get worse. I want to share and write and scream so many things but I'm just frozen and trying to contain myself and my fear and my aggression in/toward myself. Me and my partner are long distance. We had broken up and gotten back together during one of his breaks when home. We had been experiencing problems since he went back which he kept putting down to a particularly difficult task at work right now. HOWEVER, I found out a few days ago that he has been referring to me as his ex to his friends/flat mates since going back. After finding out, i blocked him on socials but left my texts open in case he wanted to explain himself. He hasn't even reached out, not even in reply to getting my stuff. I don't plan on forgiving or moving forward. I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone can help me wrap my head around why on earth someone would do this. It's my birthday in 2 weeks...
