Hi! i’m going to start using tretinoin 0.025% cream in the next few days. my main concerns are acne, scarring, and reducing my fine lines that just started a couple years ago.
I have used epiduo and differin before so i know about purging. i usually use cerave moisturizer but recently started also using barrier creams (including la roche posay b5, dr althea 345, and etude house soonjung) for contact dermatitis.
should i try any other specific moisturizer when i start the tret? or does my product list look good? i want to avoid as much purging as possible. thanks!

Happy Black Friday weekend, entrepreneurs!
I wanted to take some time this weekend to reflect on my entrepreneurship journey and how finding the right team matters.
For the past decade, I’ve jumped between ideas, chasing something worth committing to. The hardest part wasn’t coming up with ideas – it was staying motivated to stick with them.
That changed last year when I teamed up with two cofounders who share the same vision. Together, we built Dealcrane: a site to help deal hunters find real savings without the spam and bloat of other sites.
How I found my technical co-founders for Dealcrane:
One the cofounders was an old friend of mine that I went to high school with. We kept in touch over the years. He ended up meeting the other cofounder at a gym on the other side of the US, who mentioned he had been loosely working on this idea on and off for two years. We started with a few working sessions just to see what the vibe was like, and ended up formalizing it after two months through an LLC once we developed a good working relationship and I proved my worth.
One common post I see on this subreddit is how many people are looking for technical cofounders when they come with just an idea. If you're a non-technical cofounder looking for a technical cofounder, you need to bring a unique set of skills that fill the gap in the product you're trying to build. I'd like to think I brought a fairly unique skillset with my design and research background, with the ability to flex into front-end code and graphic design.
Fast forward to today:
It’s been a long journey of trial and error, but finding the right team made all the difference. If you’re in the early stages, focus on building relationships and proving your value to potential cofounders, especially if you're joining an existing team.

I am a 32 gay man living in Austria - I am a migrant here. I had an anal fissure a few months ago due to anal sex. Fortunately, it was not super serious and I’m already much better. However, the fissure resulted in a skin tag which I recently got removed. When the doctor removed the skin tag, he sent it for histopathology. Today, he told me that the analysis showed I have HPV. He took a swab to determine which type I have.
After freaking out, I started researching and reading about it. When I was living in my country, I had anal warts around 10 years ago. I got treated with some sort of acid, which was painful but efficient, and I never had anything since then. I was never told it was HPV and just understood it as a skin condition. Now, I realize it was obviously HPV.
I am feeling very sad and anxious, and I am waiting for the lab results to see which type it is. I also feel so guilty for all the people I might have given it to unknowingly, especially those I am not in touch with. I have contacted every reachable person I had sexual contact with. I would really like your support to give me some insight or clarity. I’d appreciate answers to these questions:
(1) Where do I go from here? My mind is telling me that I am so stupid and I should never have sex again. I cannot afford the vaccination as I am looking for a job and can barely afford food.
(2) Could I still give it to someone if I am the top and they are the bottom? I never had any symptoms with my penis or testicle or skin around it… I don’t wanna have sex, I am just seeking to understand.
(3) Does the fact that I never had any symptoms for 10 years indicate the severity of the condition or which type it could be?
(4) Do people just go around having sex without revealing their status? My friends told me that “every gay guy has it at some point, that’s normal,” which made me sad and angry. There is a high chance that someone did this to me as well.

Hi everyone, A couple of months ago, I was diagnosed with Ureaplasma Urealyticum. I completed two courses of antibiotics: doxycycline for 10 days and moxifloxacin for another 10. I’m now waiting to take a test of cure, but I’m getting increasingly worried because my symptoms seem to be worsening every day.I experience:

I’ve already done urine cultures and a cystoscopy, which came back negative, and my vaginal culture didn’t show any other microbes. I've also been on probiotics, which didn't really help. For those who have gone through this:
