I would love to see a mod or an update that allows for changing employee behaviors like their default rest/wait positions or assigning them specific shelves or areas to stock. It could save a lot of downtime between them walking from their default spots outside to various shelves, or you could have some employees assigned to only watch Lot B. I'd also *love* to see some sort of training or experience system for employees where the more they do specific tasks the better they get at them with the trade off being that they become more expensive.
Haven't found any mods that allow for that kind of granularity in employee controls, mostly just ones that let you adjust their speeds and prices. What sort of changes would you all like to see with regards to staff?

The only way i have found to fix it is reset the light bulb and readd it to homeassistant. It is for a shoulder surgery and once fully recovered the doctor say I will be back to normal able to do my job

Hi there, I guess there are some Bioventus investors here. And, that we are really happy about it since they have reached a remarkable 52-week high, and a Q2 with a 14% increase in organic revenue growth. That’s great news and a nice rebound after the financial issues they had last year (hopefully).
For those who missed it, back in 2023, Bioventus reported a decline in sales for 2022. They said it was over unexpected refund claims from customers and lower-than-expected average selling prices. But when this news came out, $BVS dropped and investors filed a claim against them.
The good news is that Bioventus decided to settle $15.25M with investors to resolve this situation. Deadline is next week. So if you were an investor back then, you can check it out and file for the payment.
Anyways, what are your expectations for the coming year? And has anyone here been affected by these financial issues back then? How much were your losses if so?

Or they were just too lazy to do so.
Or they’ didn’t read it thoroughly enough.
Have any of them got mad at you because they didn’t realize you live too far & want deliveries or demand a discount to cover the cost of gas?
