Jonothan Frakes was placed into 'movie jail' following the failure of Clockstoppers. Meanwhile a filmmaker like Ridley Scott has a few movies that have failed to make money at the box office but is still allowed projects with massive budgets.
This is not a dig at Ridley, I am simply curious.

Looking to move these last two p320 items I received in trade and no longer need,
- 3.9in p320 “carry” sized slide assembly unknown round count and the night sights are not very bright, I have checked this slide can be optic cut and coated for a reasonable price, seems to be $200 on this should be a decent price shipped.
- Wilson combat carry ii grip, this is a full size grip (17 round mags), I don’t have weights and it hasn’t had any previously installed making it a perfect candidate for them. $30 shipped

Hello I have a question about a new submission regarding whether I should submit as secondary or primary. I am service-connected sinusitis for 50% and I am going to be claiming Eustachian tube dysfunction along with migraines. In my medical records for service I was seen several times for sinusitis but I never actually went to medical for the other two issues even though they occurred a lot I just dealt with it myself. My question is is because I had sinusitis service connected and I actively had migraines and eustachian tube dysfunction while in service but no documentation would you submit as primary or secondary to sinusitis? I appreciate any help you guys can give. When I tried to submit secondary on the app the drop-down box where it told me to choose the disability that causes those ones did not appear there. It only shows the new disabilities I am submitting it doesn't have any of my currently rated disabilities. Thank you very much!

Last month I had a plumber come and install a new water heater in our house. He mentioned that at some point homes will be required to have hot water heaters powered by heat pumps installed, like ten years? Does this sound familiar to anyone? He sounded like it was a newish law.
I am new to Oregon, so if this or anything similar sounds familiar to you, I would love to know more.

So I live in a traditional triple decker that has two comment hallways, one in the front for the main entrance and one in the back as a fire escape and access to the laundry room and basement. Recently two of the smoke alarms started chirping in the back hallway and need batteries. Most of the ceilings are 9ft and need a step ladder to be reached which none of us tenants own or have access to or even to be able to store a step ladder.
The current property management company is saying the tenants are responsible for the batteries in these however. I know within my unit yes but in the common areas that's always been handled by the previous property management companies.
Can anyone confirm for me that the common area ones should be handled by the property management company?
