Has anyone taken Orlissa with hormone replacement therapy? I was prescribed Orlissa and estrogen (hrt) to help alleviate a variety of issues I believe to be high-estrogen caused including: extreme heavy menstrual bleeding, PMDD, consistent cramps/pain and shooting pain from fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and was just recently also diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome (essentially varicose veins in pelvis). I also have extremely dense breasts with numerous cysts- my last mammogram+ultrasound took over 4 hours (ultrasound tech had to measure sooo many cysts, and I don’t have large breasts even).
Past history of a mini stroke (TIA) in Jan 22. I know some issue with Orlissa can be bone loss, and I am already in osteopenia. Also could cause some liver issues, and my liver AST and ALT have fluctuations over the years. I know these are things to consider and watch carefully.
The addition of estrogen to supplement is to help prevent bone loss and help with side effects. I was told we can also add progesterone if I’m feeling anxious with the estrogen. Or up the estrogen if I’m depressed of low libido (including possible addition to vaginal estrogen gel for dryness if that is an issue).
I was hoping to get feedback from those here who may have tried Orlissa + HRT and how it went for them. Or if other treatments have been more successful.

Consistent painless bleeding for days - miscarriage or SCH bleeding?
On Sunday, I was diagnosed with an SCH at 5.5 weeks after a bleed. The bleed tapered off to black spotting.
But for the last 48 hours (since another transvaginal ultrasound at my IVF clinic), I’ve been having bright red bleeding. It’s fairly consistent, no cramps or clots. Kind of like day 3/4 of a period.
My understanding is if it’s an SCH it should taper off, and if it’s a MC it should get heavier. But I’m not finding a lot about what it could mean to just have steady bleeding.
Has anyone experienced this? What was your outcome? Positive or negative stories welcome, I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on.

I don’t get it. Why is HE the one apologizing for her inappropriate messages with other men? Is he trying to calm down social media fans from attacking her?
