 | Is there any pro who could help me achive better time on 100fly? I tried underwaters, but that was just as fast as swimming but lot more energy consuming. I tried kicking only 2 kicks from each wall but that was 0.10 behind my personal best. I think I improved my overall technique but that didnt help. I used and I’m still using lot of suplements like beta alanine and creatine. I gave myself a pause from coffeine so when I take it, it might help a lot. I also use baking soda to improve 2nd 50 and reduce lactic acid. Hey all. So I'm 11 days post op and got the ok to use my stationary bike, and of course continue walking.
What I forgot to ask them is.....can I do gentle yoga? It's majority floor work and pretty much just stretches and relaxation.
I know I should ask my doctor, and I will. I just didn't know if anyone else knew.

So, my grandparents are visiting for thanksgiving, but about an hour away from my house they hit a deer and totaled their car, a Chevy equinox. They need a reliable car that can get them home (about 10 hrs) and also can carry 4 people, hold groceries, and be high enough because their driveway is rough.

Bad pathing, long cool Downs and ai issues make this one of the worst releases ever in fact if she didn’t have good perks I suggest skipping it all together. I don’t get it, did dark lord make so much money they just threw out what was on the shelf till next year? Identity v which bhvr help make has better ai than this dog who has very simple commands. I am mad because the concept is good, the back ground is good but in practice this killer is one of the worst on the roster.
