I will never find love or friendships.
I'm 20 years old and have no friends anymore. Have never had a girlfriend before. I know it's my fault for isolating myself and failing to control my anxiety, but I'm not sure how to change. I am Autistic and have social anxiety, Going to college makes me feel incredibly alone. When I try to reach out to people and establish friends, even if it's just online, I freeze up and don't know what to say. Even when I do know what to say, I always feel awkward and silly.
I can't even form entire phrases when I do have the opportunity to communicate with someone. Especially talking to a girl. I Stutter and stutter. Even when I know what I want to say, I struggle to express it. Who on earth would be patient enough to listen to me? How could I potentially attract someone if I tried to communicate with them? I can't even speak with them clearly. I am not worth anyone's time.
I feel so distant from everyone, even my family, but especially from myself, it's as if I'm not linked to this body, which is an awful feeling. Every day, I feel this way yet act like I don't. I go to work and college and talk to people as normally as possible, trying not to appear to be on autopilot that I feel I am in always.

2024.11.29 21:00 TheDunnaMan Anyone find themselves rooting for LEGIT villains from time to time?
Not anti heroes or borderline villains but legit bad guys. Just rewatched a flick called Unhinged on Neflix starring Russell Crowe. It is established right from the beginning that he is the bad guy. But when he encountered the protagonist in the film, a smidge of me felt for him, his wife cheated on him and he admitted to having a hard time, he even apologized for his road error, but she had this snarky egotistical response that really irked me. Again I know he is the 100% bad guy and he already crossed a line prior. I guess my rooting for him can be narrowed down only to the two scenes where the white knight got smashed trying to help the protagonist, and the divorce lawyer getting offed, because well most men hate divorce lawyers lol.

I'm a younger black female who will be staying overnight in Boise as I'm heading to Denver. I also plan on walking around to explore a bit.
Is there anything I should know? Areas to avoid? Certain times I should avoid being out?
I'm pretty good at handling myself but I heard people in Idaho are different so I atleast want to be prepared for anything that I might encounter💀
Also any pet friendly eating spots would be helpful. I have a dog that's very protective and I usually take her everywhere with me. So going out to dinner with her would make me feel 10x better. Even if there's someone willing to meet up for dinner I live meeting new people!

2024.11.29 21:00 bertelmonster How much line wobble is considered normal on the RMPP?
 | After getting into e-ink tablets with the Boox Go 10.3 this summer in preparation for uni and after figuring out what works best for my use case I decided to try the RMPP. I ordered one and immediately noticed the wobbly lines. Even when using a ruler there is no chance to create a straight line without using the 'stop and hold for a second' feature. After chatting with support they decided it's not normal behavior and I'd get a replacement. I got the second RMPP now, checked for pinholes – and there were several ... So I knew I'll have to get it replaced again. I also checked for the wobbly lines and they are also there again. Basically the same as they were on the first device. I know that there can be some wobble with this pen tech, but according to support this is not standard behavior. I specifically asked them if this is normal and they always told me it's definitely not normal and they will examine the device once they get it back. If they'd tell me this is as good as it gets I'd be able to think about if I can accept it or not, but if they tell me it shouldn't be like that I kind of have to go by that. I will wait until I get the third Paper Pro (hopefully without pinholes) for my final verdict. I do wanna ask you guys though if you have the same level of wobble or not. Because at this point I don't really know if I can expect a somewhat wobble free experience. I do want to add that I would love to really test the device because I love the colors, the size and the build quality. I just haven't had the chance to really use it, I only used the first device for 2-3 hours max before sending it back. Today I was reading the part in the bible about hell and none of my family are chirstian and it disturbed me they might go to hell. However through the power of prayer I know gods got a plan and I trust him.
I muttered under my breathe whilst I read this ‘he’s evil’ in this moment I let the devil twist my interpretation of the text and muttered it under my breathe. I had a panic attack there on the spot I was terrified, have I blasphemed the Holy Spirit.
I love god he’s made my life a new and I love him from bottom of my heart. I cry sometimes at church just thinking about his sacrifice.
I’m worried I have blasphemed. The devil is trying to convince me I have. Can I have any scripture backed reassurance. I’m going to praise and pray to god none stop this week. I feel so guilty, I love the lord. To be without him is terrorfying

Hey hey,
My male cat Gizmo who's 9 years old has a bump on his eyelid, I noticed one of his eyes started drooping down a bit a day or two ago(see Pic 1)
Then today I checked him and yup, that eyelid has a bump on it now that got bigger. (Pic 2)
It seems like he is bothered by it quite a bit he seems a lot more jumpy, meowy and angry at me randomly, where in the past I could do pretty much anything with him, now he just seems very annoyed and bothered. I assume by this.
I know this isn't a vet visit, but I was just wondering do I need to go to thd vet ASAP or is it just some pimple or something that will be okay to wait if it gets less and if it doesn't, the go to the vet.

I'm looking for some suggestions to at least tentatively further my journey into Lovecraft in some systematic way. Currently, I have a few anthologies containing most (I hesitate to say all) of his published stories. These anthologies contain the stories he wrote as the sole author and through collaboration. As such, I've read and enjoyed many of his most well-known stories along with several of the lesser-known stories. However, I still have several queued up to read. Outside of that, I've really enjoyed Gao Tanabe's manga's, and a few Lovecraft inspired movies.
I'd just like to ask this crowd what you think would be a good next step for books to read (I really don't want to endeavor into the games)? It seems like the Anotated Lovecraft books, I am Providence (the rabbit hole that is Joshi is both quite impressive and intimidating), and Tour de Lovecraft are good starts into deeper dives into both the works and Lovecraft as a person.
Ultimately, I find Lovecraft really interesting and I'm looking for suggestions to both get more out of what I've been reading and to maybe read other peoples takes on these stories.

So I have a variation of fish Neon tetra Glow light tetra Cherry shrimp Harlequin rasbora Kuhli loach Yo-yo loach 2 baby bristlenose pleco
So in the past week I’ve had about 5-7 die within the past week, all tetra except today when I had a small pleco die aswell. I’m not sure what’s causing this as water perams are all fine and no white spots however I’ve noticed that the tetras have got bite marks out of them by their head/ belly any info on what could be doing this. TIA
