2024.11.29 20:53 CommonBrownKid What are ideal classes to take for Kinesiology in Year 1 and onwards?
I’ve taken kin 121 and 122 in term 1. A lot of people don’t recommend taking Kin 150, so what did other Kin majors do for term 2 and the rest of the years? If someone could provide me with a guide of classes and when to take them (to have a good average), I’d appreciate the help!

 | after months of avoiding (i knew i’d put on at least pounds just based on how my clothes were fitting), I finally scheduled an appointment with my GP and stepped on the scale before seeing my family this week. I was 118 at the beginning of the year. I’m 136 now. i’m not too concerned about my health. my doctor said i’m still in the normal range. i am 5 ft 4 and work out regularly. i honestly probably needed to gain a little weight and, while i can’t afford to gain another 20 pounds in a year, i do know that im not overweight. I knew my mom and sister would say something about my gain and sure enough they did. My mom said she was worried I was getting a belly. My sister was less subtle and said I looked 3 months pregnant. Now i am wondering if ive passed “skinny” and “healthy” and am on my way to “chubby.” I feel healthy and i know it’s obvious if I compare my 118 body to my 136 body (which is heavier but I’ve ever been) but how am I being perceived by others who didn’t know my 118 body? I think I still look pretty skinny (especially if you don’t know I used to be much skinnier) but I also see a belly at certain angles? I know it’s not all in my head because stretchy clothes are all I can wear from my closet right now. I just want to know: do I look skinny, average, or chubby? I’m not including before pictures. All of these were (mostly candids) taken at my family home over this week. My family can be pretty critical of weight so I’m look for real talk from an unbiased source. First time ever doing this, please go easy on me. My ceilings at 8ft 4 inches so I hung them vertically like most boards are done in my country. I put a 4inch strip along the bottom which isn't ideal but it's going to be covered by the skirting board so I'm not worried.
The finish will be what we call a skim coating so not tape and joint like I see a lot on this sub.
Most of my walls are ICF so they have metal inside every 150mm centres and some walls are concrete block which I used metal plasterboard fixings.
