I'm a beginner, so I was trying to learn how to use Reaper. While watching a video titled "First MIDI Song Part 1," I saw that I need a program called Numa Player, so I tried to install it. But Windows warned that it might be malicious. After that, I ran it through a virus scanner, and it flagged it as malicious. My question is: does Numa Player have a virus? The video is on the official Reaper site, so that makes me think it is safe. But since both Windows and the virus scanner flagged it, I'm concerned. help me please

My brother (32 M) moved out years ago. We moved all his stuff to the gameroom to turn his bedroom into a guestroom since he A) doesn't live here and B) has a condo purchased for him by my family. He came back to visit and is furious that we moved his things (despite getting permission to paint his room) and is moving anything that ISN'T his into our parents' bedroom because it's "taking up space". He doesn't live here, he visits maybe once or twice a year, but refuses to relinquish control of two rooms in the house. He's got a temper like a hungry bear, too. How do we get him to cut down on his stuff so we can have the house back? How can we gently tell him it's been four years since he lived here and our house isn't a storage locker?

2024.11.29 20:55 RoboticDrunken My school uniform has bo even after washing.
I ususally wash my uniforms by hand with powdered detergent and blue soap, but my uniforms still smell of bo. There are times that i've washed them with a washing machine and the smell still persists. I've tried baking soda, ammoniaque, as well as white vinegar (separately) and nothing seems to work. I believe the issue may be the detergent because it lack enzymes. I've gone to the stores and all the powdered detergents lack enzymes. I genuinely don't know what to do anymore. It's really really embarrassing especially because i go to school via bus and everyone can smell me. This make me want to not attend school, and I abstain from socializing because of this. My bo has just gotten out of control as soon as i started college. The deodorant I used before stopped working, so i've been using Degrees cool comfort since it works well.
My normal clothes have a smell to them too, but they don't have as much of a power compared to my uniforms.

Rather than settle for a basic rework, I decided to unleash the full potential of the Metal Zone by transforming it into a high-gain doom monster—perfect for doom, stoner, sludge, and drone. The Idea: When the LIFE pedal was released, its hefty price tag made it accessible mainly to collectors and die-hard fans. This got me thinking: could I create something with similar sonic capabilities using a pedal often dismissed for its bad reputation? The Metal Zone, with its dense circuitry and potential for modification, proved to be an ideal starting point. Here’s how the subcircuits were transformed: - RED Circle: Reworked into a 2nd-order Sallen-Key low-pass filter, cutting high frequencies to prevent harshness while adding 20 dB of gain. - GREEN Circle: Redesigned into a RAT-inspired circuit, but with significantly more gain for massive saturation. - BLUE Circle: Repurposed as an octave stage using the Metal Zone's buffers and transistors Q7 and Q8, with a switch to enable or disable the octave effect. Signal Flow Modifications: To optimize the doom-driven tone, the signal flow was rearranged: - Original Flow: RED → GREEN → BLUE. - Revised Flow: RED → BLUE → GREEN.
