Hello! I’ve decided to get a pair of e-bikes for my son and myself for Christmas, so that we can ride around together. We live adjacent to a park with mild hills and a few trails. We expect to seek some trails elsewhere, and maybe some off-road too.
My budget is around $1500 per bike. I like the mountain and fat tire styles.
Help me make a good purchase here, please. I like quality and reliability. I’m a little bit overwhelmed with all of the options. I want to take advantage of sales, though.

I know someone people think this is a good problem and I will say PB tones your behind very nicely lol. But it just has gotten so big! I only take define maybe once a week but the class is usually a ton of lunges and squats so figure that will probably grow the butt. My man is loving it of course lol. But I get really insecure now when I wear my loungewear, sweatpants or even leggings with a top that doesn’t cover my butt. (Have been buying lots of long tops/sweatshirts these days lol). Anyone else?

Jeremy James lives a quiet life with his wife and young son in Minneapolis. His brother, Jeffrey, goes by El Rey and is a suspected drug dealer for the Sinaloa Cartel. The James brothers have a loving, but tumultuous, relationship. When Jeremy suspects Jeffrey has gone missing, he is swept up into his brother's world of crime, and has to confront his own demons.
The novel touches on themes of trauma, addiction, and class. It's a gritty story, with a touch of dark humor and sardonic wit. I imagine it as a poor man's Dennis Lehane or Carl Haasen.

My back injury comes from an old car crash I was in as a kid, but my spine was unaffected, only the musculature was injured - over 12 years later and I still have severe lower back aches when lifting heavy objects after a while, sitting in chairs for a long time, or running...
My friend convinced me to sign up for a 10km charity run, and I naively thought I could do it as my back hadn't been severely painful for a little while now, although I haven't been that active - turns out I was naive and I cant get a refund on the event.
I have tried loads of stretching, yoga, and even exercises recommended for me by the physiotherapist I had for years. Yet none of this seems to be completely effective for the pain whilst running, only when I'm doing normal day-to-day things.
I was looking at lower lumbar support braces that are essentially a corset and wondered if anyone had any experience with these?
