Hi Turkish brothers, as far as I know Ottoman Turkish navy was good during middle ages. For example, Hayriddin Barbosa is a famous figure. But, I wonder why the Ottoman Turks didn't attempt to colonize Americas? I am sure they were aware of new lands of european guys getting lands with gold and other resources there. So, why Ottomans didn't attempt to colonize Americas or find new lands such as Australia, new zealand and so on?

 | Between 200-225F for about 2 hours, internal of 185F. Also applied many coats of a sherry vinegar glaze. Didn’t realize how important it is to pull off at 180F+. Previously when I’ve done this I’ve pulled at 165F and it’s been very tough and not so juicy. Reason is that apparently the fat doesn’t render until higher temps. The reviews are mostly positive but I wonder what the difference is and which one is more suitable for the Xbox series X. I read that the G2725D has better HDR and more hz, but that doesn't add any value on the Xbox because the xbox can only do 120hz. I am wondering why the G2725D is cheaper than the G2724D because the 25D is the newer one

2024.11.29 21:51 RATBOYE Anti-seize or dry lube on end of brake booster pushrod?
Hi carfixers, putting my brake system back together after a big job. The end of the brake booster pushrod that goes into the M/C appeared to have a thin layer of something silvery grey on it, like an antiseize or dry lube. Recommended to apply anything like this on reassembly? The clevis pin that connects the brake pedal to the booster had the remains of something similar on it (this will have been factory as it's never been apart). I have nickel antiseize and graphite dry lube available.

So I'm currently working as a UX Researcher and Designer. I'm a PhD in Psychology.
I've been doing this for around a year. And while I've learned a lot in the job, I feel we don't have enough projects for me to properly grasp important theory and practical UX cases.
So I'm looking for a platform that I can use for complementary training. My goal being to to some classes when work is low.
That said, what are some platforms you recommend? Uxcel seems nice and has a current sale that makes it cost like 100€ for a year of membership. Interaction design foundation is slightly more expensive. Between the two what's the one you recommend? Why? Any other I should recommend for a similar pricing?
