Howdy,
This is my first official wrestling season and I have been using a binder (I know it’s bad I am just uncomfortable in bras and it’s a sports binder). My captain said it would be better to have a bra just in case if the binder damages too much. I have been on amazon and in stores and can’t find any comfortable sports bras. Does anyone have any suggestions?

2024.11.29 21:50 dietcokw dominant foot changes when doing off ice
so im a beginner skater who can do a few basic spins on ice, all of which i can do comfortably one my right foot. despite my learn to skate coaches advice to learn spins on my left foot as its apparently more common i just physically cant comfortably, or easily do even an entry to a spin on my right foot and havent been able to since day one. i recently got a turnboard to start practicising off ice and for some reason i cant seem to stay on the ball of my foot when i use my right foot (which i assumed was my dominant one) and can only easily spin on my left no matter how hard i try, i can barely balance on my supposed "dominant foot" when it comes to off ice and im honestly just confused. i know i'll probably be told to trust my on ice more than off ice considering thats where im actually doing my spins, so i guess im more asking for tips on how to get used to practicing and getting used to doing my off ice on the right foot even when it comes easier on the "wrong" one

1.the age of consent should be 14. 2.Pedophilia is okay because it is just an attraction and its only considered bad because of social stigma, just like being gay was. 3.Abortion should be banned because it kills humans who are unable to consent for their lives and if women aren't able to co tell their own mortality(euthanizing themselves), why should they control another being's mortality? Also, I think it promotes throw away culture and in many societies, it has caused a gender imbalance with people aborting girls and it got so bad that I some countries, they banned couples from seeing the gender, which doesn't make sense considering their views on bodily autonomy. 4.2020 Kanye(before the nitrous gas) would make a decent president. While he had no political experience, many other candidates have been in positions of power without political experience and he would have a cabinet to guide him. He's also real and not afraid too share his real opinions, making him genuine unlike other politicians who are shifity with their views. Example-joe biden+obama were once against gay marriage until it became more advocated for. Also, unlike other modern presidents, his childhood was spent in a lower class family, meaning he could connect to those people and would be in touch with those in America who need the most help, unlike the dinosaurs that now serve our government. Alright, that's my rant, how cooked are they?
