On Wednesday, I went to my first NBA game: it was the Spurs versus the Lakersâin San Antonio. We sat in the tenth row. Iâve been to Texans games and Hurricanes (NHL) games with similarly decent seats, and the experience was completely different. I donât have ADHD, but with the NBA game, I couldnât concentrate because there were so many distractions (e.g., music during play, courtside fans walking to get food during play). With the NHL and NFL, the loud noise and fan behavior seemed to be relevant to the game at hand.
My question is: Was this just me? Iâm still trying to make sense of why the experience seemed so different. Perhaps it was that the tickets were more expensive?
Not trying at all to be judgmental here! I had fun and would go back. Just genuinely curious to know more about differences between experiences.

We put $4000 into a dependent care FSA this year (2024). We planned to send our kid to day care, but due to some medical issues couldnât. Now we have grandparents helping with day care. We offered to pay them but they donât want to complicate taxes and other retirement income by reporting a to the IRS that they have a âjobâ. Now we have no way to use the FSA money. Can we pay them in a way that would not force them to declare the income but would still allow us to get reimbursed from the FSA? We just donât want to waste the 4k.

2024.11.29 21:50 DopamineBean I'm hoping that previous skin packs will be available again
I've only been playing for a few months and so I've only gotten like 4 skin packs. I recently found out that there have been many more skin packs previously, and I'm kinda hoping there will be a small time window or event that will make either a bundle of them all available or each individual one available fir purchase again. Perhaps for the anniversary of when the first skin pack came out, or maybe for Christmas/ New Year.
Is it a bad idea? Would you guys want previous skin packs to be available again for a short time? I just want to collect as many skins as possible (and some of the pack skins are super cool/pretty!)

I played OW 1 from beginning to end. I remember the superjump there was Crouch+GA and then jump at the end to pop up.
Then towards the end (or was it the beginning of ow2?) they made superjump a built in feature so that it would be easier and can be done while flying.
I dropped off OW2 around launch and came back to it last season. The crouch trick doesnt work, so it look like its just a GA slingshot where i whip my mouse up so that i slingshot upwards? Is that the only way to do it now? It doesnt seem as great as it did before and having to look up to pull it off is kinda awful.
Im trying to 5 star the mastery courses, but all the videos i see are from over a year ago and are pulling off the old style of superjump. The people in those vids can Superjump while looking forward and even move back a bit.
Is the 5 star still possible? Am i just not doing the SJ correctly now?
