 | I saw a sale on Abu Garcia Ambassadeur baitcast reels on Amazon. I am a bit confused by Amazon’s Left-handed vs Right-handed style options. I consider myself to be a left-handed fisherman because I cast with my left and retrieve with my right. My experience has always been that advertised left-handed reels are right-hand retrieve. However, when I look at the product pictures on these listings, it appears that the left-handed reel is left-hand retrieve and the right-handed reel is right-hand retrieve. I am basing this on the orientation of the line guide. Am I misunderstanding the listing? Have I been wrong about left vs right hand reels? 2024.11.29 21:40 Winter_Ad_9289 Upgraded my mouse and using higher DPI, but lowering game sensitivity accordingly does not feel the same
Was using a Dell MS116 Optical Mouse (1000 DPI) for about 2 years straight until today when I switched to an Ajazz AJ199.
In Windows, the mouse felt great to use. I installed the Ajazz software and just set only 1 DPI choice at 1600 DPI, 1000Hz polling rate and 0ms debounce time. Windows settings pointer precision is turned off and in Windows mouse settings the pointer speed is set to a value of 10 (not the additional mouse settings one but it changes accordingly too)
However when I booted up Valorant and lowered my in-game sensitivity from 0.4 to 0.25 and played a match it felt overly responsive, basically just not what I expected even when my eDPI should remain the same.
The only reason I can think of this is that I am not used to having the extra glide on the mouse having skates because my office mouse didn’t have any. Is there any other reason, like DPI affects mouse sensitivity more than in-game sensitivity?

2024.11.29 21:40 Sufficient-Wolf-1818 Jackery battery for power outages
Recently I purchased a Jackery battery to be able to live (use CPAP) during power outages. Of course, power likes to cut off during the night
The unit is not a UPS exactly but takes 20 milliseconds to switch. Is that fast enough that my Resmed 11 keeps running or do I have to turn my brain on to reset the machine?
Of course I could just go all battery when anticipating an outage, but that has several downsides ( humidity off, deplete battery etc)

I have a theory that Zooble and Gangle get fused into a single body in episode 4.
In the episode 4 trailer we see the inside of Zooble’s room, along with a shot of Gangle looking into a mirror in the room.
Gangle’s new mask also appears to have some elements from Zooble, the symbols on the cheeks are a good example of said elements.
I think that the episode will start on the same day as episode 3(after the adventure). The next day they wake up in the same body; Caine acts like nothings happened, but it is later revealed that Bubble accidentally fused the two of them together. Caine tries to fix it while the group is inside the adventure, but they complete the adventure before he can figure it out. The episode ends with Caine separating the two.

2024.11.29 21:40 sik_dik is anyone else having an inconsistent issue with going into service vehicles?
I don't know what is going on, but far more often than not, when I enter something like my yacht, my kosatka, it just sits there on a blank screen with the wheel spinning.. is anyone else experiencing it? I literally let it sit for 30 minutes yesterday, and that's only because I could hear the countdown for the last few seconds before timeout and wiggled my mouse. the 2nd time I just let it expire, then it popped up saying I was kicked for being idle for too long. it's so frustrating.
sometimes it'll just work after a few minutes, but I usually end up just having to force-close the game and restart it.

As above, at first I thought they were ppp but over the YEARS new ones kept appearing, some much bigger than the rest, they are convex and can be felt with a finger, they do not hurt or cause any kind of discomfort other than looking ugly.
