I bought the game in 2015 and have put in 1,500 hours in, ive tried exploration, combat, and trading. I love the game, i got VR and a flight stick to play and i love the concept of it, and even 99% of the gameplay. Its just im at an impasse.
Every time i think about booting it up now the sound of "frame shift drive charging" and repeatedly grinding sends a lightning bolt down my neck and i end up playing something else entirely.
I loved combat back in the day, but now getting back into it, im getting wiped by anything and everything because i dont want to spend countless hours grinding away for engineers. I engineered my FSD and basically stopped playing after that. Is there anything more along the casual / fun line that a guy can sink his credits into?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub. I have been engaging in some deep self-reflaction and I feel the need to vant.
I have a lot of narcissistic tendencies. I often seek validation from others using my academic success. I talk too much about myself and I'm very egotistical, which I suppose is amplified by my autism, but I believe it stem from a different set of influences.
I grew up as a typical "smart kid" I guess... I finished highschool when I was 15 and started studying mathematics at university when I was 16. Mathematics is my special interest.
I'm very self-centered, I don't have meaningful connections. I believe that narcissism is my defense mechanism for low self-esteem. I cope with my low self-worth with overcompensating by seeking admiration. I build a grandiose self-image of myself to shield against feelings of inadequacy. I deny or project insecurities onto others. I struggle with shame and feelings of worthlessness.
I have a strong humiliation and degradation fetish, which I guess is a way for me to transform the pain of shame into pleasure, which allows me to process emotions I otherwise suppress. Since I construct a fragile and demanding self-image that requires constant maintenance, Submitting to humiliation provids a psychological "release" from the exhausting need to uphold my persona.
I grew up in a difficult family situation with constant verbal abuse and no real parent figure.

I'm thinking of getting my first camera to learn more about photography. I really like taking pictures with my phone, and I want to understand more about Aperture, ISO, etc. (I'm not really a video person)
Is getting a refurbished Canon EOS R100 with 2 lenses (RF-S18-45mm and RF-S55-210mm) for 300$ worth it for a beginner? I've read and watched many things about R50 being a far better option, but I can't find a similar deal with R50.

Unsure where to post
We recently bought a car from car dealership in Auckland, NZ. 2 days after we had it, it broke down, we later found out the engine had blown due to bering. The car delership want us to use our mechincal warranty that we bought with the car to fix this issue. We have now found out that if we do use the warranty we won't be able to use the warranty for any future engine trouble.
So is it up to us to use the warranty or is it up to the car dealership to pay for the work needed, since we only had the car for 2 days when it broke down.
