hello all - i am in the market for a new set up. My old rep fitness Pr 3000 with dip attachment and home made pully to do pushdowns and rows will be getting donated to a friend of mine.
I have been looking at reviews and equipment here in the last couple of weeks and there are just a ton of options out there. I was initially looking at trainers like the dane / vesta / vander etc -- then I moved on to rep and rogue - areas / athena : twin stacks etc. obviously these options are a little above my budget but they are what I really want - and that landed me on the getrx tornado rack
i think I found the one I really like do to price and features - but I cant figure out if it will do lat pull downs the way I want to do it or rows. which is why I am posting this. if it matters I am interested in the rack version - not the wall mount - and not the smith version either
in the video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vcahw6VPCk at around 56 seconds he does lat pulls and rows - but he doesn't have anything to brace for lat pulls, or for rows. i am wondering if this set up would allow you to do lat pulls from inside the rack facing outward and using rollers or horns to brace your legs. what I cant figure out is how would you do low rows and be able to brace yourself - I guess you get foot extensions and add a footplate?
sorry for the noob questions - this is what happens whens there's a ton of stuff out there and not keeping up to date on all of this new equipment.
also anyone here have GetRx equipment- hows the quality? this

Day 21 for me, I quit cold turkey after almost 20 years of daily smoking (37 y/o now). The catalyst was my girlfriend breaking up with me for not loving myself. She was right, I pushed everything down inside myself instead of dealing with life and prioritizing my relationship.
I have trauma from childhood and adult life, lost my brother and best friend within a couple of years when in my mid-late 20s. I've got myself into counselling and am doing way better. I miss my girl like hell, but we've agreed to talk in the new year. She still loves me, but can't be with me when I'm suppressing my feelings with 2g+ of weed a day. She's right.
I can't deal with the boredom. Now that the nausea, panic attacks, insomnia and lack of appetite have subsided, I can't get excited by anything. I used to be able to watch TV for hours on end, scroll endlessly and even read. Now it all seems so boring and I can't bring myself to start something. I just sit here counting the days until I can reach out to her and try to get my life back on track.
I've also aggravated a recurring back injury, leaving me housebound for the last few days and likely the next week or so.
Are there tactics some of you have used to combat this? I'm all ears to anything. I'm going nuts staring at the walls.

Was just getten coffee on corner turbot st and george st. Went to sit down near ann street and spotted something on the ground. Walked up . Spun out that was a cat lying on ground. At first thought was dead then Noticed it breathing. Trying to figure out what to do a Man in porche spotted kitty being hit by car and has stopped to pick it up. He is taking said kitty to stones corner 24 hour vet. I really hope your cat makes it. Was crying in pain. Sorry no photo think was tabby cat white patches /feet hard to notice as happened quick had to wrap it up for driver to take away

Ability: She can control any process that is currently taking place: accelerate, reverse, halt or restart it. There are two limitations:
- She can turn an adult into a baby in an instant - She can instantly age something to the point of death/corrosion - She can move so fast it seems as if she disappeared - She can completely immobilise a person regardless of their power - She can use her ability on hundreds of bullets at once to make them all stay afloat until released at her leisure - Doing all of the above comes at seeming no cost as far as stamina is concerned - Without her epithet, she can pick up and throw an adult man with one arm and tank a full-power lightning bolt with only temporary damage (Or she somehow undid damage with her epithet, it's pretty unclear) The main reason I have a problem with defining exactly how strong she is, is because Zora constantly limits herself with a personal code, so it's unclear if there was any point in the story when she was REALLY giving it her all. There are also some theories that her epithet has extra weaknesses, such as not working at night, because a bunch of people she turned into babies turned back after sunset. However, I don't believe that to be the case, as she could still use her ability to move super fast. I think it was either a time limit or distance limit of some sort, but what exactly, I have no idea. Another fun idea going around: The reason she speaks and dresses like a wild-west character is because she actually is from wild west and used her epithet to stop aging. It's just a theory, but I don't see why that wouldn't work. So anyway, what I wanna know is- what level is she actually at? 'Cuz I've been thinking about it a lot every now and then, but I simply cannot figure out where she stands- is she street level? Can she halt the rotation of the earth making her continental at least? How much was she holding back due to her honor code, or did she go all out that one time her favourite revolver was broken and she went berserk?
