石破さんは、みんなが払う税金について話し合いをして、変えると言いました。
 
今は1年の給料が、103万円より多くなると、所得税という税金を払う必要があります。このため、103万円より多くならないように、働く時間を短くする人もいます。
 
政府は、103万円の金額を高くして、もっと働いても税金を払わなくてもいいようにしたいと考えています。国などに入る税金が少なくなるため、この問題も考えます。
 
石破さんは、地方を元気にすることや、災害への準備などについても話をしました。

Por favor, ya dejen de contratar empresas de “agile” o “agilidad” que ahora están ofreciendo implementaciones AI. Muchas de esas empresas emplean gente que no es buena en ninguna chamba, pero hacen como si las metodologías fueran la cura de todo mal. Al final terminan metiéndole chatarra a todos los procesos y jodiendo el andamiaje precario de equipos que se la viven en llamas. ¿Para qué? ¿Para que sientan rico usar los anglicismos y una cosquillita con subir tareas que tus gerentes no saben determinar?
Es su responsabilidad encontrar proveedores que se integren de gente que esté dentro de su ramo y que conozca sus procesos! Dejen de andar alimentando la industria del charlatán!
¿Quieren una métrica? Si después del curso la eficiencia del equipo no incrementa a la par de la calidad de vida de sus integrantes, ese que pagó un dineral a un mamarracho vendehumo se va de patitas a la calle.
