I had recurring dislocations on my left shoulder after a swimming injury for over a year and finally decided to get my surgery done for Bankart and HillSacs on the 25th of this month. Its been 4 days.
I never felt any pain due to the nerve block for a day and then I was given painkillers through my IV for 2 days so it was not a big deal too.
I have been told to do some basic elbow movement which I did regularly.
Today while I was wiping myself clean, I accidentally pressed on the part of my neck where they gave the nerve block injection and it caused my entire arm to shiver. Since then my arm feels a little mobile and now hours after it I feel uncomfortable pain in my shoulder and arm.
I also felt my movements(elbow physio) were getting better today (before the neck thing) and now I can't sleep however I try.
I also decided to wear a sleeveless today but I did it very carefully and am 100% sure it has nothing to do with it.
I don't mind the pain unless it's just part of the process. I am really bothered if the things I did on this single day, caused me to ruin my repair. I have been having twitching all over my arm after this(had some in the hospital but the doctor assured it was normal).
I only posted this after reading through multiple posts since this happened on the 4th day. I am really scared. Any advice would help.

2024.11.29 21:50 TheTexasWarrior Bat for 14 year old son? I know very little about baseball.
So, as the title says, I'm a baseball noob. Never played. My son has been playing for several years though and is very good. I was considering getting him a new bat for Christmas. He is in 8th grade currently and is 14. He is right at 6 foot tall and weighs around 170.
I was doing research the best I could trying to find a bat that was a good value as I really can't spend hundreds on a bat right now. I am assuming, from research, he should get a 33" -3? The Marucci Cat8 came up in my searching as a pretty good value. It is $109 on amazon right now for the 33" -3. How does this bat compare to some of the newer more expensive models? Would my son be at much of a disadvantage?

Is there any way, with cheats, savefile editing, a savegame compatible submod, etc. to bond with multiple dragons at once? I am currently setting up a Daenerys start for myself and would like to, if possible, bond with Rhaegal and Viserion too.
I have married a makeshift Khal Drogo, had Illyrio give Dany the eggs, had Drogo execute Viserys, had a makeshift witch (Mirri?) kill Drogo and Rhaego, then used her as a sacrifice to hatch Drogon, (all with admittedly extensive use of cheats). Now I am at a point where I need to move on if this isn’t possible, but if it is then I’ll need to hatch the other two and find a way to bond with them as well. Anybody know if, and how, this can be done?

Hi, everyone. I’m 20, and I’ve been in a relationship with my boyfriend for over a year. He’s loving, kind, and deeply caring. He tells me I’m the most beautiful girl he’s ever seen, compliments my looks, and is always attentive. For example, when I was sick, he rushed over immediately to take care of me, and when I had a stressful job, he would pick me up every night after his own work. He showers me with affection and love, and I can tell that I mean a lot to him.
But I’m struggling with his jealousy and controlling behavior. He says he’s okay with me doing most things, but his actions show otherwise. For instance, he says it’s “only the club” that he doesn’t want me to go to, but whenever I talk about other activities—like skiing, camping, or hanging out with friends—he gets upset. He doesn’t trust me going out without him and often gives his “opinion” on what I should do, but it doesn’t feel like just an opinion—it feels like a rule I’m expected to follow.
It’s the little things that are starting to suffocate me. For example, if I don’t call or text him every few hours to check in, he gets upset and acts like I don’t love him. If I send him a sticker instead of a heart emoji, or if I say “I love” in one text and “you” in another, he gets annoyed. He’s told me things like, “Don’t send stickers—they piss me off,” and I just don’t understand why these small things matter so much to him.
I’ve compromised a lot for him. I stopped going to clubs, I adjusted how I dress, and I avoid doing certain things with my friends because I know it’ll upset him. I think it's a good idea for its worldwide usage and also job security. I think it's a good subject to dive into.
What masters programs can I search for? Where would be a good place to study this? Are there books you can recommend for me to buy and study before I start the program? There's a good chance I'd go for a PhD in the future but I want the masters first.
