Hello,
I'm thinking of investing in a carbon steel griddle. It's going to be used indoor on a ceramic stove.
But, how do I use it?
Do I just turn on two of the stove's hotplates (is this the right word in english?) and place the griddle so it covers both of the hotplates? If so, would it be a problem if the two hotplates would be uncovered at either end of the hotplate? I will post an imgur link in comments for reference.

Hey, what do you think is the better choice for my xbox series x?
-Dell G2725D -Dell G2725D
The reviews are mostly positive but I wonder what the difference is and which one is more suitable for the Xbox series X. I read that the G2725D has better HDR and more hz, but that doesn't add any value on the Xbox because the xbox can only do 120hz. I am wondering why the G2725D is cheaper than the G2724D because the 25D is the newer one

I’m about 20hrs in I’ve had the very top section of the factory ready to go with that boss in the dome but I wasn’t sure if that was a lock out encounter so I went on the clear every corner of every I could access which feels like all of them at this point I’ve lost count of how many bosses I’ve beaten and I’ve done all the celestial encounters I saved peach village I broke the hammer statues picked up some item but lady ethereal will not show up where she is supposed to according to a video I had to watch because I’m so annoyed right now not having one of the most standard and sought after abilities in all of MV’s. I don’t get it. Where is the double jump????

I’m thinking it’s time to take a break from day trading but I’m not sure how long I should take off and I’m not sure even if I should take off. I’m fairly new to trading been involved in the market for a few years but I’m only a few months into trading option. I am down a little bit, no more than 1.5k but I’m starting to understand a lot more of the market and I feel as if one banger trade could put me overall up or at-least break even but at the same time I don’t want to be the idiot who says this and than is down 10k like fuck I should have just stopped this shit. So essentially the dilemma is should I take a break if so for how long? Or should I keep trading options and set stricter rules for myself? LMK

On Wednesday, I went to my first NBA game: it was the Spurs versus the Lakers—in San Antonio. We sat in the tenth row. I’ve been to Texans games and Hurricanes (NHL) games with similarly decent seats, and the experience was completely different. I don’t have ADHD, but with the NBA game, I couldn’t concentrate because there were so many distractions (e.g., music during play, courtside fans walking to get food during play). With the NHL and NFL, the loud noise and fan behavior seemed to be relevant to the game at hand.
My question is: Was this just me? I’m still trying to make sense of why the experience seemed so different. Perhaps it was that the tickets were more expensive?
Not trying at all to be judgmental here! I had fun and would go back. Just genuinely curious to know more about differences between experiences.

We put $4000 into a dependent care FSA this year (2024). We planned to send our kid to day care, but due to some medical issues couldn’t. Now we have grandparents helping with day care. We offered to pay them but they don’t want to complicate taxes and other retirement income by reporting a to the IRS that they have a “job”. Now we have no way to use the FSA money. Can we pay them in a way that would not force them to declare the income but would still allow us to get reimbursed from the FSA? We just don’t want to waste the 4k.

I've only been playing for a few months and so I've only gotten like 4 skin packs. I recently found out that there have been many more skin packs previously, and I'm kinda hoping there will be a small time window or event that will make either a bundle of them all available or each individual one available fir purchase again. Perhaps for the anniversary of when the first skin pack came out, or maybe for Christmas/ New Year.
Is it a bad idea? Would you guys want previous skin packs to be available again for a short time? I just want to collect as many skins as possible (and some of the pack skins are super cool/pretty!)
