I was diagnosed with general & verbal Dyspraxia alongside ADHD with Autism at a young age Growing up I was very weak and uncoordinated as many of us with Dyspraxia are, this led to an absolutely zero sense of independence when combined with everything else I was struggling withWhen I turned 16 I casually begun going to the gym and did the very basic bro lifts and thought pain meant gain, it wasn't until I was around 24 that I discovered powerlifting after hiring a PT for the first time who introduced me to it. The pursuit of strength was so appealing to me, the thought that I didn't have to be defined by my disability was empowering What's more is once I eventually learned the technique for the movements, it was something I could do independently. All it took was hard work and dedication. Since leaving school I struggled with countless jobs, I had the work ethic but every job I did, it just wasn't compatible with me so for me to have something that was built purely on work ethic was so refreshing!I'm 29 now and through years of training I have attained a level of strength I never thought I'd be capable of achieving, a level that is only earned through hard work. It's not something that can be purchased or taught. Through this I also managed to change how I would I walk which again has been life changing for me, it has reduced the chance of injury and made me less self consciousMy grip has improved significantly and this has somewhat carried over to when I'm helping my parents move furniture or lifting something heavy There is still much I struggle with that strength will never solve but this has helped tremendously in so many aspects of my life I'm not the person I was born to be but the person I built myself to be

I know there are currently music copyright issues a lot of influencers/programs/companies are dealing with. Damnit, record companies!!!
I finished watching Matt Steffanina's video about how he could've made $15M+ off his channel if it wasn't for this (!!!). Yeah, he made $0 off of his YT channel. Lots of followers, zero dollars 🤯
As someone who wants to (foolishly?) have a dance channel, how can I monetize & make money off of it outside of brand deals, booking dance gigs, and affiliate links? I'd like it to come from my YT as well, if not mainly.
And the dance channel is going to consist of this:
- YT shorts: Dance choreo I learned / dance choreo remixes (shouldn't be a problem, I think)
- YT longs (possibly): A breakdown of that dance choreo
- YT longs: GRWM for the final dance shoot. I was going to add the final dance video to the end with the intended music, but now I'm thinking that may not be a good idea😅
Thoughts, suggestions, "don't do it, woman!!!" commentary?

Hi all
I recently upgrading my machine, including swapping out the 2x8 GB sticks of RAM for 2 x 16GB. I thought maybe I'd put all the sticks in - the 16GB sticks in slot 1 and 3 and the 8GB slots in 2 and 4.
The 16GB sticks are VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz and the 8 GB sticks are Team Group T-F Vulcan TUF DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB
Have I put them in the right slots and configuration? How can I test they are running as fast as they should - I downloaded CPU-Z and it says the DRAM frequency is 1066.4 which is much lower than the 3200 I was expecting - even when taking into account that the ram is double data rate meaning a 2132.8 effective frequency. Am i reading that right? Because if I am, I should probably ditch the 8GB and see if I get the full speed. I have a gigabyte B450M DS3H - is it possible my mobo doesn't support ram that fast?
