Awakening around two o’clock in the morning, a profound realization surged within me: my mother had never been lost to me. The feeling that she remained present in my life was unmistakable. In that instant, I comprehended that the idea of loss was merely a fleeting thought, an illusion. My mother’s spirit continues to live on within me.
With this revelation, I stepped outside into the night. The hillside was illuminated by the soft, silvery light of the moon. The landscape was adorned with lush green fields, and my little cottage lay nestled behind an ancient stone wall, halfway up the gentle slope. As I walked slowly through the dew-kissed grass, I felt my mother’s essence surrounding me. She was the moonlight, tenderly embracing me as she had done countless times before—sweet and loving. With every stride I took, I sensed her presence beside me. I realized that this body, which I had always regarded as solely mine, was, in truth, a living legacy of my mother, my father, my grandparents, and all those who came before me. Those feet I had once thought of as "my own" were, in reality, "ours." Together, my mother and I were leaving our marks upon the soft earth.
From that transformative moment onward, the notion of having lost my mother began to fade. I discovered that all I needed to do was glance at my palm, feel the gentle breeze on my face, or the cool grass beneath my feet to remember that my mother is ever-present, accessible to me at any moment.

I'm wondering:
- What GPU should I upgrade to? Price is not an issue, and I’m okay with upgrading my PSU if needed.
- Should I buy now or wait for the next-gen 50 series?

2024.11.29 21:50 Far-Internal-5726 are sonos era 300s worth it to upgrade home theatre from the oG immersive set?
A few years ago I purchased a sonos arc, sub( I’m not even sure what gen it is? Gen 3?) and 2 Sonos one SLs as surrounds formulating a 5.1.2 setup. Been enjoying it so far but thinking of going for a Black Friday deal
Is it worth replacing the Sonos one SLs with the era 300s? How many audio channels would my new potential setup be as I believe the Sonos 300s have upfiring speakers too? Or is it still going to be 5.1.2?

Do you check a trophy guide (like PSN Profiles) beforehand to understand the game's difficulty, duration, and number of playthroughs needed? Then, do you follow a guide during your first playthrough to optimize time?
Or do you play the game completely blind, without looking at any guides or trophies, and only after finishing it, check a guide to clean up what's missing for the platinum? Knowing this might take more time and be less "efficient."

Hi, right to the beginning i have RTX 3070, ryzen 5700x3d, 32 gb ram, game is on nwm SSD and i play in 3440x 1440. And.. i have all setings on low, dlls to balaced and massive imput lag (50- 70) without frame generation ( game running stably on 60 fps but it feels like 20). If i turn on frame generation imput lag is 0 but i have huge mouse latency and i cant even hit a house (its really unplayeble) i try various combination exkluzive fullscreen/ fullscreen/ vsync on/off, nvidia latency on/off but it still run like a shit. Any advice what to do with this?

First things first, last time I played BG1 was back around 2010-2012 and I was never pretty knowledgeable with the AD&D system. I decided to return and just play the game blind on normal.
I just make this question out of curiosity and for fun, I know I can just complete the game with my character as is.
So, I've made a hasty Swashbuckler Thief with Str 18, Dex 18 and Con 18. I'm two points deep into shortswords and one point into shortbows and Ive never use the shortswords.
I obviously know that I play sub-optimally, but I don't mind, it's really fun and funny. I can tackle the content just find.
I was just wondering, out of curiosity, is it worth it to dual class to anything?
