I noticed some sores on the underside of my tongue and the area directly under my tongue, as well as my inner cheek last night, which felt raw/painful for a day prior. I have had and am prone to canker sores and have especially had some rawness under my tongue in the past, especially this past year, but have not seen sores like this yet (perhaps I have not investigated well enough in my mouth during these instances).
I work in healthcare and am around children, and have recently finished (a day ago) two antibiotic prescriptions for UTI and strep that I took simultaneously. I also am vitamin B12 deficient due to a gene mishap that runs within my family - I’ve heard that can cause mouth sores as well.
I went to the doctor this morning. Doctor said it looked herpetic and prescribed me valacyclovir. He said if it was HSV, valacyclovir would quickly work, but he did not swab or blood test me. Have not had any cold sores within my life either oral or genital.
Wondering if anyone recognizes this or has experienced something similar. I was rushed out the Dr.’s office this morning feeling rather badly, so I’d appreciate any replies. Thank you XX❤️

I’ve been charged with section 20 GBH without intent the incessant following after me and a “friend” where leaving a venue and he jumped on the bonnet of my car and i drove down the street and he fell off and split his head which resulted on a bleed on the brain
Fast forward a few weeks after visiting him and trying to get him better we fell out and he decided to press charges, now I’ve been summoned to crown court and I’m worried I may get jail time from the back of a stupid mistake which was both of our faults..
There is cctv of him getting on my car and texts of us having a relationship
Any advice would be greatly appreciate

I'm really new into programming. I'm trying to connect the new desktop application of ChatGPT with Xcode. I actually can "connect" GPT with Xcode, but it doesn't see what I wrote inside the Xcode files. It can see what I wrote inside the VSCode, so there shouldn't be a problem with GPT. What am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for advice about getting into saltwater aquariums. I have had freshwater tanks for over a decade now, just nanotanks, high-tech and low. In March my gf and I are moving to a grown-up house and I'll have a room to do my hobbies (gaming, miniature painting, sorting my ever growing mtg collection, aquariums) and I would like a nice reeftank. When I moved in my current place I needed a cabinet to have some storage space and thought I was clever by getting an aquarium cabinet that fitted perfectly and I could someday use for an aquarium.
Now I would really like a reeftank BUT the cabinet in question is one for a Juwel Rio 240, primarily a freshwater aquarium. The aquarium itself is probably not an issue although being less deep compared to specific saltwater aquariums (121x41x50cm). If not, I could always remove the top and use proper lights and put a jumpguard/net over the top. I think lighting is the easiest fix.
My main concern is the filter, or lack of.. I don't think the cabinet can fit a proper sump without ruining the integrity. The aquarium comes with a build in filter but I just don't know if that is sufficient, my feeling says no. I have read about people here using a cannister filter for their reef tank, that would fit perfectly in the cabinet. Or do I need a sump? Do I need a skimmer? I guess the answer is no, but I'm not sure how much I'm limiting myself. To start it's probably fine for a couple of clownfish, anemone and easier corals, but what if I want more later on, I'm afraid I would have to buy a new set-up anyway. Is it easiemore economical/more practical just to get a proper saltwater tank and stand or am I making all of this bigger than it is.
Any help and insight is much appreciated. I live in the Netherlands if that is of any help for product availability.

I'm thinking of getting my first camera to learn more about photography. I really like taking pictures with my phone, and I want to understand more about Aperture, ISO, etc. (I'm not really a video person)
Is getting a refurbished Canon EOS R100 with 2 lenses (RF-S18-45mm and RF-S55-210mm) for 300$ worth it for a beginner? I've read and watched many things about R50 being a far better option, but I can't find a similar deal with R50.

Hi! I think my fav cover of I Want To Live was deleted from youtube. I wanted to give it a listen after a couple of months but I couldn't find it. Unfortunately I don't remember the creator's name.
It was sung by one person. The singer had a feminine voice, was bald and had beautiful make-up. I believe they were singing in a white/ light-colored room. The sound of ticking clock was added to the music.
The creator had covers of songs from other video games on their channel as well. (Or at least I think.)
Does anyone have a link? Or at least recognize the creator?
It would be awesome if I could listen to it again.
