hey friends. pretty hard day for me. i live in the woods a bit more and i love to collect, i have autism and i love collecting and investing even though i haven't started much. my birthday is tomorrow and i've been looking for soemthing to cheer me up and get for myself. i'm 24, i realize a birthday isn't very important but i just always think about everyone and all my friends all the time so i know i should appreciate this special day for me. i saw so many offers and i missed a bunch. one site had maintenance and i couldn't get my free gift. i had another order set up for some packs to open but they sold out before. i got my card on there. is there anyone that knows any good deals for me? i am so upset and frustrated more with myself, that al these peopel got these amazing deals and i'm stuck here on my birthday crying about some cards that i missed out on getting the chance to buy. i feel like a baby but it's just hard. it was just special for me to have a gift for myself knowing i'd have soemthing coming.

Good to know that a Facebook ex is more important to you than a 6 yr friendship.
FYI, even if I was in the middle of getting my brains fucked out of my skull and a friend called me up and said they needed an extra set of hands just to change a tire I wouldn't hesitate to help. You're just a shitty friend. And now you're blocked. Fuck you and you're cheap ass Facebook rent-a-gf.

- My formation documents says that I need to file 1120 by December 15th, 2024, which should indicate a tax year of august 1st,2023 to July 31st 2024, but my corporation was officially formed in October 2023, so for tax year would I put October 2023-July 31st 2024?
3.on form 1120, under deduction of rents, would this include monthly payments for a virtual office?
