How much is this worth? Guy wants to trade for my Hk mr762 (old heavy barrel version). Plus about 1200 with of accessories. This Gus has: M1a loaded with a national match heavy barrel. Schuster gas plug, smith enterprise USMC contract front gas block sight, sage EBR detachable cantilevered sight base, knights broomhandle, Fulton armory muzzle thread conversion. 5 mags. What value would you put on this m1a? My plan is to sell or part out and sell the stock and gun separately. He’s also throwing in 500 dollars. I’ve had a hell of a time selling my mr762 for what it’s worth, I live in a poor area, so if this trade comes close, I will do it. Also, the scope mount has no roll marks, but this pictures I’ve seen say “Sage” on the side. Is that legit?

2024.11.29 22:31 Olympian-Warrior RE3 Remake Elevator Glitch on Steam Deck
Hi everybody,
I am noticing a strange glitch in Resident Evil 3 (2020) on my Steam Deck. Attached below is a video demonstrating the issue. I cannot for the life of me figure out what the cause is: I am using Valve's recommendation of Proton 9.0-3 (so no forced Proton).
I am playing the dx11_non-rt version of the game because I play with mods. Before everyone asks, I have tested the game without mods and the persists. I have tested with the dx 12 version and the issue persists, and I have experimented with various Proton versions. Still, the issue persists.
I never encountered this problem on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X, only on the Steam Deck. The gaming is running at 40 FPS locked and I have REFRamework installed. Resident Evil 2 (2019) does not have this issue and neither does Resident Evil 4 (2023). Both games are played with mods.
Has anyone encountered this specific problem on the Steam Deck? It's curious that I never encountered it before, but it just started happening all of a sudden. Yes, I verified the integrity of the files and everything came back normal. I even tried reinstalling to no effect.
Apologies for the buffering, the recording itself does not do this. I had to stream the recording to my laptop and then record my screen again because I could not save or export the video for some reason.
Any solutions?

I’ve been using tret for over 2 years and have not seen progress in my acne scars (got it prescribed for scars) and i’ve heard vitamin C really helps. I’ve used the one from the ordinary but it did not work and burned. what korean brand vitamin c would help (or any)? i have dry to normal, sensitive acne prone skin. thank you :))
