Hello all! I've resorted to reddit after being totally disappointed with the current state of modern dating apps, hopefully optimistic about finding an intelligent, caring, loyal woman somewhere out there!
I just turned 34 ,and I'm not exactly thrilled about it. I'm on a weight loss journey that will last for the rest of my life, I'll never go back to feeling like a prisoner in my own body ever again. I love to cook, mainly healthy-ish options these days, but I can seriously throw down in the kitchen when the opportunity arises. I'm 5 foot 9 inches with brown hair and blue eyes, with a youthful appearance.
I'm an avid film/television enjoyer. There are far too many movies and shows that I enjoy to listen all, if not most of them, so I'll just include a few. I love No Country For Old Men, There Will Be Blood, Shawshank Redemption, Fury Road, and Django Unchained. When it comes to shows, I enjoy The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The WIre, Deadwood, Dexter, and Fallout. I love to read books as well, I'm mostly into Fantasy and Science Fiction novels. I also dabble in gaming, manga, and anime.
I don't play any instruments but music soothes my soul and I listen to it as often as I can, anything from Indie/Folk to Jazz to Black Metal. I do not really enjoy most pop, rap, or country, but there are some that I enjoy.
Doing things outdoors isn't for me unless the weather is nice, I don't tolerate the intense heat or humidity very well. I do enjoy hiking in the fall and spring though.

Seems like most people were disappointed in the campaign. I actually enjoyed it. Guess it was just what i was expecting. Really didn't expect the 'dark jesus' thing though!
Anyway, is it known why Eru betrayed them? Or is it purposefully left for speculation because i was confused. Also, what is he even gonna do with it? He said they deserve better so what gives?

 | I recently got a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and have changed the Action Button to run a shortcut to ‘Toggle orientation lock’ (not sure why that isn’t built in to the action button defaults). I have the ‘Toggle orientation lock’ action and it works fine but it doesn’t give any visual clue in Dynamic Island to show which state it’s in (on/off). Ideally I would like to show a notification along the lines of “Orientation lock enabled/disabled”. The ‘Toggle orientation lock’ doesn’t return anything so I can’t add it to a variable. I can't tell if this is against the rules or not because it's not a question asking specifically where something is, I'm just asking for general information that I can't seem to find the answer to.
I just sold two items on Depop and realized I sent each one to the wrong person. If I have each of them write "return to seller" on the packages, will they get back to me with no cost? And if I reuse the labels but switch them to the correct package, will that work?

2024.11.29 22:51 Anxious_Wrangler_138 I NEED HELP I KEEP DISCONNECTING FROM RAINBOW SIX SIEGE GAMES AND I DONT KNOW WHY?!
So I've been trying to play rainbow six siege with my friends but the only issue is that i keep disconnecting from the game. I'm on xbox, I use an ethernet cord, I also have zero issues with any other games about connection issues. It's only this R6, I've literally re-installed it, messed with my xbox settings network settings to fix it. My friends don't have this issue at all and we're all in the same reigon. Sometimes it wants to work and sometimes it doesn't...Like example, I was just trying to play a custom with my friend and we couldent even load in because I keep disconnecting before I even load into a game, that's ranked, arcade and customs. Can someone PLEASE Help me genuinely, I've ran out of options and I don't know what to do anymore.

If you are a bit nervous for MM next year, then you are definitely not alone...
But don't worry, it is not that daunting as it seems, by taking a few initial steps, you can definitely make it work out for you...
Start with the Basics
- The beauty of MM is that it builds on everything you learned in 1/2 or even from Year 10 is you are accelerating into 1/2. Make sure that you are very comfortable and confident with the basic fundamentals like,
- Simplifying expressions
- Solving linear and quadratic equations
- Understanding basic graphs and transformations
- Use the holidays to revise the basics and review your fundamentals and such
YOU NEED A PLAN FOR HEADSTART NOW.
- Studying ahead for headstart and planning ahead can make a huge difference in your performance and understanding of the concepts themselves.
- Perhaps look at the study design and see what topics you find interesting and have a look at them. Perhaps make a study schedule to follow the study design and complete it quite a bit over the holidays
- Make a weekly commitment to study X hours just learning new content and doing practice questions based on that.
- CAS is your closest mate in MM - so you NEED to learn how to use it properly. Need to spend time practicing the use of the CAS and making sure you familiarise yourself with all the function types.
- For instance
- Solving equations
- Graphing
- Differentiating and integrating
- For instance
Work on your Applications in the holidays
- I would honestly recommend doing as many questions as possible in the holidays but to also doing more of application questions than anything else in Methods. This is really important
