I'm on the hunt for a job within an NGO or ethical company, based in Aus (hybrid/remote). I'm just wondering if anyone knows of job boards/websites that display a collated selection of jobs being advertised globally?
I'm aware of Ethicaljobs com.au but would love any other recommendations so I can keep an eye out on all fronts.

JĂĄ faço acompanhamento com psiquiatra e ele me recomendou o venvanse pro TDAH e a desvenlafaxina pra depressĂŁo. PorĂ©m, desde que comecei com a desvenlafaxina parece que minha mente tĂĄ em branco, parece que eu nunca mais tive uma ideia ou inspiração e motivação pra nada. Eu trabalho com edição de vĂdeo e motion design e parece que minha capacidade de criar e sentir diminuiu muito, quase inexistente. Agora eu olho pra paisagem e sĂł vejo a paisagem, eu costumava imaginar e sentir as coisas.

I (21F) recently started dating him (19M). I don't usually go for younger guys, but with him we connected a lot, and had great conversation and best time together. He said he is so happy to find someone who shares his passions and interests and future vision. However, I noticed that he never compliments my looks (or very rarely). In general he is more quiet than me, and mentioned that he needs time to open up. On one of our frist dates, I casually asked him whether he thought I was pretty and he was very surprised at the question but said yes. I have never dated someone who is this attractive so I was feeling a bit insecure, even though I didn't see any problem with my looks. However I started taking more care of myself and my looks(developed an ed in the process btw), to boost my confidence. And it worked for a few weeks until I (again was joking, because I don't know whats wrong with me) (seriously) asked if there's something he didn't like about my looks and he stopped thought and gave an answer. That caught me a bit off guard, because it's a thing I cannot change right now,and something I've always been insecure about, so now I'm crying and eating snacks for the first time in a month.I sometimes think I am overreacting and writing this sounds silly, but he always tells me I'm funny when I make a joke, and immediately tells me I'm smart when I pass an exam, so what's stopping him from telling me that I look pretty occasionally, when he knows that I get insecure and struggle with ed?

Hi I am hoping someone can give me some insight. I have been working at a place since June and the headaches are excruciating. I am about 30 ft from a Trotec 300 Speedy for starters I am in a 8 ft by 8 ft box for an office. There are open door ways between me and the laser. I realized today the fumes from it may be causing headaches. The last week it has reeked like burned flesh from leather gloves. There is a silver ventilation hose from the back of the laser to the roof. Any advice on my next steps? Could this be the cause for headaches

I've been to the UK/London several times. I've previuosly stayed in Acton/Chiswick (was dating a guy who lived in those neighborhoods), Islington/Angel, and Hampstead. I'm going to london for a couple days with my bf and while I naturally started looking at places to stay in the Angel area....I'm wondering if there's a better option?
We're mostly going to see art during the day and then he'll play open mics/sets at venues at night. I thought maybe Camden? We're late 30s but like being in lively settings. Bonus points for vegan restaurants near by. TIA

Losing my mind! Just got some new indoor bulbs and nothing I do will make them see the WiFi. I can see them through Bluetooth just fine!
- it's on a 2.4ghz WiFi. Other devices can see and connect to it just fine.
- I've reset the router, changed the password, and renamed the SSID.
- I've reset the bulb to "breathing" mode multiple times.
- it was a 4-pack and no bulb in the box will find it.

 | Iâve been fortunate that I have only met a handful of these monsters in my lifetime but I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dating one of them now for going on 5 years. Can I just say that these people are hard, almost impossible to tolerate at times because they make me want to just grab them and shake the crap out of them!? Does anyone else have this same unfortunate feeling when dealing with the way they bait you in arguments and antagonize the hell out of you just so they can either have the last word or push your buttons til you explode or break. These mood shifts seem to come out of nowhere too. We will be getting along fine and out of nowhere he turns into this sarcastic, condescending jerk that sounds totally fake by way of tone and inflection and the facial expressions he makes make me want to throat punch him. Iâm sure I am in no way easy to deal with at times but I have a heart, conscience, soul, and most importantly empathy so it seems like that puts me eons ahead of him because he seems like an empty shell of a person whom takes pleasure in hurting me and just all around destroying my hopes and dreams. He also has this friend whoâs a Satanist and into voodoo as well (or so he says but this seems like a strange combo if you ask me), who I think is a major influence on these âmood shiftsâ. Every time he talks to this friend or is physically around him he is worse to me than he ever has been. Seems like the friend is acting like a jealous girlfriend rather than his male best friend and itâs put a terrible taste in my mouth for this kind of personality trait. I honestly feel like if I had dated someone like this years ago I think I would have given up on dating all together. I am feeling hopeless and trapped as he wonât let me dump him either, which I know sounds insane but thatâs the truth. Just looking for some advice or a listening ear. No bad comments or bullying please. If you donât have anything nice to say keep it to yourself . Hey there!
I have been struggling for few days to make QEMU vm work for win10 virtual gaming machine.
So far I have tried the wiki and dozens of forum posts here and other places and nothing works or provides good explanation and step by step guide to fix this.
Backstory - After struggling for a while, today the vm worked, I managed to install windows 10, and even pass through the nvidia gpu to it. In the beginning I had installed qemu full, and all the dependencies, I followed the wiki instructions to create groups and add myself, installing virt manager etc.
I tried to setup bridged network which failed, it deleted my current network and nothing worked, had to revert the changes so I gave up on giving the vm network access. Then I wanted to make a shared folder but that also failed because there isn't any way to do this. I mounted the vm image to maybe try to copy files directly to it but it never appeared anywhere even though it says it's mounted. Unmounting commands didn't do anything. I decided to restart the system and after the restart QEMU won't connect to virtmanager JUST LIKE THE DAYS BEFORE that I was struggling to make it even start. Now I'm back to square one as if I did nothing and I had no idea why it even worked in the first place, I haven't changed anything in the system.
Why is this process so convoluted and there aren't any normal step by step guides to make this work?
Posting below the errors maybe someone can help actually make this work.
