Hi, (if this isn’t allowed please delete) I placed a Black Friday order and received a pending charge, but received no order number.
When I called customer service they said they couldn’t find a single thing under my email or phone number, does anyone have an insight on what could be happening? Should I dispute the charge if it’s still pending?

Recently got a job upfitting vans. The concrete is terrible in my feet. I also struggle with gout.
Went and tried on some Ultraboost 1.0 and liked them. Purchased them the next day. But also tried on the new 1080v14.
I feel like I made a mistake. But I’m worried they may be too soft? The UB are nice, but I’m worried if the 1080 would hold up.
Any suggestions if I should just get the NB as well? I’d keep the UB because they look nice. Or maybe a different NB?

So I was mad at my friend because she decided to go off on our longtime friends in the group chat above. She has a habit of doing that whenever people don’t agree with her politically, but I tried telling her to not totally drop someone over it. Now, when I saw her say this to my friend I was upset because we discussed about not letting politics get in between friendships. And I found it weird because we all discussed about politics and she knew about their political stances. However today it’s like she just forgot and went extreme. . I felt like I couldn’t trust her anymore and that I couldn’t be myself around her. I didn’t want to tiptoe around my friends on certain topics. I wanted to be freely myself without being afraid of being blocked. I felt like she was being disrespectful. 2024.11.29 23:59 CAIRat 20047 Ford Focus - Front, Driver's Side Window Won't Roll Up
Hi all. I know there are a myriad of related posts to this one out there but I am hoping I might be able to get a little advice based on my specific situation. I have a 2007 Ford Focus and, around 6 months back, I would occasionally have issues with either rolling the driver's side front window down but it always seemed to resolve within a few hours-days. Wednesday I rolled my window down without an issue and it just stopped working. Won't roll up at all. All other windows work fine and, when I press down on the switch, I can hear the problem window's motor click when I press down but nothing when I press up. I already took the harness out and cleaned to contacts on the switches just in case but still no luck. In the included video you can hear the deeper click coming from the door when I press down but just the higher pitched click of the switch when I press up. Fuses are good and obviously I am getting some kind of power since you can hear the motor click when I press down so I am thinking it is the regulator which I am really not looking forward to replacing but will if I need to.

 | I’d like to preface this post by saying Yes, I understand Model 3s aren’t designed to tow in the US. Yes, I understand there are risks associated. No, I am not here to complain. This is purely just to share my overall experience. Wednesday night I rented a 6x12 cargo trailer from U-Haul to move our things to our next place of residence. I had rented 4x8 and 5x8 cargo trailers many times before, but this was my first time booking a 6x12. Initial notes: - A EU Model 3’s tow capacity is rated for 1000 kg, or 2200 lbs with braked trailers (this 6x12 trailer is equipped with automatic hydraulic brakes — more on that later). - 6x12 trailer empty weight is 1920 lbs, meaning a EU Model 3 would have about 280 lbs of cargo capacity to play with. - My aftermarket Stealth Hitch for my model 3 is rated for 1500 kg, or 3500 lbs. Given all this, I decided to proceed with towing anyways. I made two trips with this 6x12 U-Haul cargo trailer, and my heaviest cargo load of the two was about 800 lbs (275-lb foosball table, 375-lb sofa sectional, 125-lb kitchen/buffet sideboard, some miscellaneous boxes). In all, my total cargo was around 2720 lbs. When I towed with 5x8 trailers in the past, I pulled around 1400 lbs of total weight. Driving conditions & observations: - The obvious one is you can definitely feel the increased weight/resistance. Maintaining 55/60 mph takes significantly more energy (no surprise there). - I was moving a total distance of about 75 miles. No rain was present. 95% of the drive took place on highways. -Starting elevation was around 1175’ (Murrieta, CA). Final elevation was around 3186’ (Hesperia, CA). Minimum elevation reached 827’ (Riverside, CA). Maximum elevation reached 4268’ (Cajón Summit on the 15 FWY). Final thoughts/observations: - I felt the hydraulic brakes on the 6x12 trailer definitely made it easier to slow down compared to towing with a non-braked 5x8 or 4x8 cargo trailer. - I cracked 700 Wh/mi during the elevation climb, and ended at 684 Wh/mi after arrival. The picture I took was after exiting the freeway. - During the steepest parts of the Cajón Pass I was essentially burning a mile of energy every 6-7 seconds (maintaining 45 mph). I could have gone faster but experienced range anxiety towards the end of my trip. - I started with 258 miles of charge and ended with 27 miles of charge. In other words it cost 3x the amount of energy required to complete a 75-mile trip. - The cargo trailer rental cost me $40, and two round trips cost me $85 of charging total. A one-way 15’ U-Haul rental was quoted at $242 after taxes (probably closer to $280 after gas). The $150+ savings was a no-brainer for me! So I have a hardwired cooker and everytime I look to buy a new cooker, it says it comes with a plug in. If I get a cooker and the electrician from the company sees it requires hardwiring, would I need a new cooker? Or would I need to have extra work done?
I am so confused. Can someone explain what I need to make sure I keep an eye out for when buying a cooker?

I have been a fan of "responsible/ESG/ethical" investing for a few years now, however deep down I've always feared it is bollocks - we all know how capitalism works, and we all know that an idea like "sustainable Ikea" or "green Unilever" is a joke. Reading some critical perspectives on this, I am now convinced that this is not a solution, nor even a balm. When investing in the ingredients of "sustainable finance" like ESG shares, green commodoties (Carbon Credits; Lithium), and even green bonds or green energy companies, one feels complicit in the planetary collapse happening all around us.
So, has anyone here totally exited from this game? If so, how do you do so while safeguarding your financial future? For example, is it through 100% allocation to term deposits, or just owning your own household, or high interest cash ETFs? And how do you deal with the question of superannuation, which forces us to invest in capitalism?
BTW I'm not here for a re-hash of the sustainable investing debate, I'm more curious to hear about how others safeguard their financial security without becoming more and more complicit in ecocide.

Dürfte ja mittlerweile aufgefallen sein das es seit gut 2 Wochen weder Uploads auf YouTube gibt noch Livestreams auf Twitch. Das liegt daran das ich eine Rippenfellentzündung habe (die Schmerzen haben mich gestern Abend ins Krankenhaus gebracht mit Verdacht auf einen Herzinfarkt) und einer schweren bakteriellen Lungeninfektion habe. Ich bekomme schwer Luft, habe keine Stimme und bekomme nach dem dritten gesprochenen Wort erstmal ne ordentliche Hustenattacke. Keine Ahnung ehrlich gesagt, wann es weiter gehen wird. Ich muss jetzt erstmal schauen das sich meine Lunge so gut wie möglich erholt. Drückt mir mal nen Daumen das keine Folgeschäden bleiben werden. Die Lunge muss nicht noch mehr kaputt gehen, als sie jetzt schon ist.
Ich versuche euch auf dem Laufenden zuhalten. Hoffen wir mal das es schnell wieder besser wird, es nervt nichts machen zu können

A regular Kobra 2 and a Kobra 2 Max. I plan on tackling the Max again at a later date, but for now my focus is on the 2. Right out of the box, no filament was coming out. I bought a replacement head in anticipation of fixing the Max, but it was the exact same model as the faulty head here, so I replaced it and started testing. Filament will come out now, but a very specific problem has emerged: at a specific height, the print will always begin to layer shift. Before the tuning, the print would fail at random levels before this, but now it's consistently failing at about 1 cm in height.
