So for context, I (15f) am in a trio with Girl X (15f) and Boy Y(13m). However, those two are constantly making me feel left out and like I’m just there as a backup or as someone to talk to when they get bored. The two are always calling each other and never inviting me to the calls and recently, they went to see wicked together (without me) despite the fact we were all going to see it as a trio. Girl X told me that she and Boy Y were just going to be hanging out at his house while I hung out with my girlfriend, which I didn’t really care that’s kind of a usual (even though I’m never invited). This is a constant and their excuses are always “oh you wouldn’t be interested in ___” or “it’s kind of our thing”. I understand that but at the same time why can’t I join? Why can’t I just spend time with my friends?
Back to the wicked thing, I have shown interest in seeing wicked, especially with those two, yet they saw it without me. Girl X’s excuse was “oh you’ve never shown interest in Wicked”, which I get, but i backed myself up by reminding her of the plan to see it as a trio, she went “well you two never informed me of this” (we did.) Another excuse she came up with was “well you two hung out twice without me!”, twice. Twice in the year of friendship between the three of us, and on both those occasions she was hanging out with her bf or something else. Those two used to hang out almost every other week without me. I don’t see how her excuse is like, actually a decent comeback. It’s getting to me and it’s fucking up my mental health.
The only time the three of us hang out as a trio is when I instigate it. Anytime I try talk about my interests it gets brushed away because the other two have better things to talk about in the gc.
I honestly hate this so much, it’s a constant thing with them and me and honestly I can tell they’re getting sick of me even if they say they aren’t. One thing I will hold myself accountable for is the fact I have been dry with them, but I honestly don’t have the energy to put in effort if my texts go unnoticed all the time or if they won’t put any effort into hanging out with me included. What should I do and am I the A Hole?

I am considering leaving the environmental field of work for good. I have studied ecology practically my whole life and I got a good job after grad school. I'm 3 years in at the job. I have had nothing but issues which has made me become a shell of a person at work and not enjoy what I'm doing. I have talked to some of my friends who are also women in stem and they are experiencing the same thing and want to switch careers. I'm at the point where I want to quit and aquire a job that is not my passion but I can have an acceptable wage to indulge in things I like to do outside of work. And have my passion for the environment and animals as a hobby through volunteer work on my free time. I feel as if I had to compete my entire professional life and I don't see that slowing down. I understand this field is really competitive but I thought it wouldn't be competitive once you get THE job. It's just exhausting. I'm not even excited for field season next year. I'm dreading it. I'm sick of the extra early mornings. I used to be so excited to get out there at 5am but now I'd rather do literally anything else. I have never had an official professional mentor throughout school and my career so I've been navigating this alone. I feel lost and confused. Looking for advice from someone who is willing to listen and has experiences they can share.

Hey guys! New to youtube and how the algorithm works but wanted to take a shot at it since I am really passionate about the topic I talk about and have alot of first hand experience regarding it. I've only made 7 videos so far, all long form content. My first three videos did pretty well however since then, my newer videos have not been reaching new viewers according to the audience analytics. What am I doing wrong? Any tips you guys recommend? I have no idea how my first three videos reached so many viewers and then all of a sudden youtube stopped recommending me?
