Obviously Dr. Google is to blame but my symptoms match. I’ll be fine doing something or literally nothing and bam, heart rate to 160-170. I start my breathing exercises and it starts to drop dramatically but I’m left shaken afterwards. I don’t feel the normal sensation of panic like I do when I normally have a panic attack. I wonder if anyone else has dealt with something similar.
