 | Hi! As in the title - cottage on the lake is missing all its doors, windows, cabinets etc. The issue is not just visual, I can walk through them. A few notes: - this happened only after coming to the island and saving there, and then loading that save. No changes in between; - game is intensely but carefully modded, no mods touch the cottage; - reinstalling the game doesn’t help; - loaded a backup of a save a couple of hours before I encountered that bug - and it persisted in that old save that didn’t have this bug before; so I suggest it’s not in the save, but in some game/mod files. Fiz a locação de uma sala comercial por imobiliária e precisei entregá-la por motivos de saúde. Antes de qualquer coisa, questionei a imobiliária se poderia colocar chuveiro no banheiro da sala e se podia fazer adaptações hidráulicas e elétricas e recebi a confirmação de que poderia.
Durante a locação, ajustei a parte elétrica trocando alguns disjuntores para disjuntores de maior potência e troquei a fiação velha por fios de maior bitola e novos, além de ter aterrado todos os pontos das tomadas.
Quando resolvi colocar chuveiro, precisei conversar com a zeladoria do prédio e me exigiram fazer várias melhorias no banheiro como impermeabilização, readequação elétrica e hidráulica, para garantir que não haveria problemas de vazamento e de infiltração. Por ser um imóvel antigo que as peças de azulejo estavam bem desgastadas e o rejunte não estava bom, coloquei papel de parede lavável e impermeável, com vedação nas emendas com silicone transparente para garantir a impermeabilização total. No geral, gastei mais ou menos uns R$ 3.000 para realizar essas alterações autorizadas pela imobiliária.
Tentei negociar com a imobiliária para que compensasse os valores que eu teria de pagar na saída com as melhorias que fiz e eles alegam que no contrato de locação tem uma cláusula e que por isso eu não teria direito a nada, e o principal, eles não estão dispostos a negociar e nem o proprietário:
O(A) LOCATÁRIO(A) não terá direito à retenção ou indenização por
quaisquer obras ou benfeitorias que venha a fazer no imóvel, mesmo em relação às necessárias,
embora conte com o consentimento do(a) LOCADOR(A) conforme o Artigo 578 do Código Civil.
Nesse caso, não há nada mesmo que eu possa fazer? É assim mesmo, essa cláusula é absoluta ou passível de questionamento?
PS: falei com o proprietário e a resposta que tive é de que o filho advogado disse para não negociar de nenhuma forma, mesmo que ele achasse razoável, pq eu não teria direito.

 | Was trying to force an infinite, but the one cost Calm entry was never to be found:D, even took Foreign Influence+ trying to find it. Eventually did not need it with two Omniscience+. The deck was heavily dependent on drawing them in the correct order, before Mental Fortress+ and TTH+ and to draw one Omniscience+ before the other. But boy it felt good when it clicked, I could easily outblock the Heart when in Wrath:D. Tantrum, some attack for damage, Empty Fist, Vigilance, end turn. Damage was uninspiring for Watcher standards, but the block was spectacular. And with pretty much zero cards that gain block directly. I have said board and want to boot with my 32gig 3200mhz Crucial DDR4 Pro Kit. Wont even get into the bios with that. When i use it with another 16gig 2666mhz kit in combo it will boot and also work as 48gb, but only running at 2666mhz (obviously). Any ideas? Is my ram kit dead or is it compatibility issue?
Could a bios update help? Im running the release version so very old

 | Hello! I haven't owned many wool sweaters in my life. They're not practical for kids, and not affordable for a young adult who has just moved out. I finally finally bought myself some lovely yarn as a grad school graduation gift. It's 15% alpaca, 5% yak, and 80% merino wool. Dk weight/ #3 weight (US)? I knit it up into a sweater (pictured), and it's finally cold enough to wear it!!! But. It's not really cold enough to wear it😱. Even below 32°F/0°C, I'm sweating in it. I think I could use it instead of a winter coat, almost. It's not a sweater for layering. And it is too hot to wear inside my work building or my house, unless I shut off the heat. I'm pretty disappointed. I thought I was making a great, everyday pullover for midwestern winters. What gives? The only other wool sweater I own was a gift. It's about a fingering weight/ sock yarn weight, and mostly wool + a little nylon. That sweater is a lighter weight garment than I was aiming for with this new sweater. I was aiming to replace a crew neck sweatshirt, heavy but for layering. Comfortable indoors in the winter. You know? I would usually find my favorite garment, or one that works well for my intended use, then design the new one based on that. But, like I said, I don't own a lot of wool sweaters. Does anyone with more sweater experience have any suggestions or tips? Should I try 100% wool? A blend of wool and cotton or something? I'd like to stay away from synthetic fibers, unless they provide the perfect and only solution to my problem, I guess. Or is my gauge too tight? Too loose? Which is better? I started chatting with the landlord on Idealista, and everything seemed fine—until she asked if we could move the conversation to WhatsApp. That raised a red flag for me, especially considering some of the scams I’ve heard about on Idealista.
I told her I’m uncomfortable switching to WhatsApp, but she replied that “everyone here chats on WhatsApp.” I haven’t responded yet, and I’m feeling a bit unsure about how to proceed.
Is this a normal practice in Spain, or should I stick to communicating through Idealista for safety?

 | Making the dress was definitely the hardest part. I used an upholstery grade vinyl, which was extremely thick. I created multiple patterns until I was finally happy with the fit. Once I got the fit right, I had to hand sew on all the lights, add the eyelets, zippers, etc. there are lights in almost every piece of this look. I ended up being invited to go on Jubilee's Cosplay episode on YouTube! It was a pretty fun experience. You can see screenshots from it on slides 2 and 3. If they don't accept the YT video, I still want to edit the audio out because I was on a call with friends during the run.
