 | Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m struggling for two long with this condition. It all started in puberty when I grew rapidly. I grew from 165cm(5 feet 5 Inches) to 186cm(6 feet 1 inch) in less than 3 years. I’m 32 now, but my struggles started when I was younger. It began with joint cracking and light headaches, which didn’t seem like much at the time. But by the time I was 21, things got worse—I started experiencing constant low energy, a weird feeling in my chest and neck, and extreme mental fog that made it hard to think clearly. Now, over a decade later, I’m still stuck in this cycle. Even though I exercise regularly, I just can’t seem to break free from the physical and mental weight of this. I feel unmotivated and lack direction in life. I live with my parents, and while they’re supportive, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m not where I should be at this stage in my life. My career option are limited while I cant use my computer I start to start with breathing and headaches. I will not write any more text because I don’t even know what going on for so long. I am just wondering what are examinations I could do beside MRIs and blood test. Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find a horror movie that I watched about 20 years ago. There’s one specific scene that stuck with me: An elderly couple is sleeping in their bed. The woman wakes up after hearing a noise and decides to wake up her husband in a very abrupt and funny way: she grabs his private parts. The man wakes up startled, and she tells him she heard something. The movie isn’t a comedy, but this scene was so bizarre and out of place in a suspenseful context that I found it hilarious.
I’m trying to find this scene to add it to my YouTube playlist "Random Scenes from Random Movies". If this sounds familiar, please let me know! I believe the movie is from the 2000s, possibly American or British.

I currently have a 4.5ft by 1.5ft by 2ft enclosure. I am looking to get another at my parents house, where I live for roughly half the year. Should I be looking at upgrading there, and getting a 6ft enclosure, despite this meaning that my skink will have access to 4.5ft for half the year and 6 for half, or should I look to keep the enclosure size consistent?

I see more and more people online who have 5+ savings accounts for dedicated purposes (holidays, emergency funds, date night funds, etc.).
I've personally only ever had one account for my savings and I always keep it at the same level (6k for me).
Everything above that, I put into my Stocks & Shares ISA. I love the idea of having more pots, but I also think it would make me lose oversight quickly.
How do you sort yours? And what are your best practices? Do you have any advice to pass along?

Hi all, I could really use some advice on what to do.
I've been pouring my soul into grad school apps for this cycle, and my applications are due on Mon/Tue. I am very aware that admission is not a sure bet, but I wanted to try my best in either case.
My faculty mentor who I worked with for north of 2 years during my UG expressed support for me and agreed to write a letter during a meeting I arranged early on in the summer. I did not want to catch him off-guard, and I wanted to take the opportunity to meet in person before I moved across the country.
Since then he has not responded to any of my communications. When we met he requested a set of material to necessary for him to write the letter, and I have provided it all. He said that I would need to really chase him as the deadline nears, but at this point I am pretty much FREAKING OUT.
I sent him text/email 3 months out, 2 months out, 1.5, 1, turning up the frequency as we approach the deadline. Last week I texted him every morning, and tried calling him once. I feel like I am crossing boundaries at this point, despite him saying that I would need to chase. This morning I sent him a text about this, and got no reply.
Out of fear that my messages were not getting through, I asked a colleague to remind him that I have been trying to get in contact with him. He expressed positive support to this colleague who relayed it to me. I still have not gotten a reply from this professor.
Our time together was not without incident, although I cannot think of anything that would remotely warrant ignoring all of my messages. At this point I'm seriously bummed out. I could have requested another letter from someone else, but I worked with this professor so closely that I did not even imagine this, and I figured that I'd be ahead of the curve initially asking 4-5 months before the due date. I was worried about my other 2 recommenders as our time together was much shorter, but they confirmed early and have been great communicators with me.
I see a lesson here, being that I should have requested additional letters just in case. Well here I am with only 2 letters, 2 days before things are due. I don't know what to do, this is such a depressing reason to have invalid applications. I know that his phone and email work. I do not understand why he couldn't just tell me no. I made it clear in my messages that I completely understand if there is any reason that he can no longer write me a letter. The worst part is that I could have asked other professors but I was so confident in this one that I just let it go, telling myself that he meant LAST MINUTE last minute.
What do I do? At this point I feel like the message he's giving me is that he hates me, though I do not think he's the type to express this by completely ignoring me. Is it doing too much to send another email politely asking for his honest feedback, and for thoughts about the letter or concerns about me?
