Nov. 26 I was on step 3 of the VA process. I checked this morning. I was on step 5 after my VA therapy appointment. I checked this evening. I'm on step 6. I have done my CMP exams and sent in extra evidence on my behalf, I filed in June 4th 2024. I'm really hoping this decision goes my way because it can change my life. My question is how long once you hit stage 6 does it take?

I went to college with this girl I had a crush on. She seemed very kind and was extremely beautiful so I was just mesmerized by her but she barely knows who I was. We only followed each other on instagram and only had brief interactions since we were a few friend groups apart. Also never knew her last name until they announced her during graduation since her ig doesn’t have her full name. However when I knew I was going to see her at a party or elsewhere I would always look forward to it but just never had the moment to truly talk. I just wanted to dm her so bad or her to message me and hang out but I knew she was going through a breakup and I would just be a blip on her radar and anyways it’s senior year in college so we are going back to different hometowns.
Now I realized that she emailed me three years ago when I didn’t even know who she was. We were suppose to be in a group project together sophomore year but I dropped the class. She didn’t know I dropped the class so she emailed me concerned if I was ok or going through something and filled me in on the project since she didn’t know I dropped the class. She even dropped her phone number! I replied back “no worries I dropped the class” and that was that
I don’t know, but I need to ask the manifestation experts on what the f was that because my college was big, over 25,000 students and I never got an email like that in high school or college where a random student emails me concerned about how I was doing and dropping a phone number too. Didn’t even know I was in a group project since I dropped the class lol! To have that someone be the person I would be thinking about for the remainder of college and not even know it, is just eating at me right now. I try to stay in reality and focus on what I can control but there’s gotta be some energy or force that is messing with me.

Of all i’ve seen these subs are the worst. It's filled with scammers. I haven't seen a single person get help here. I personally gotten help from local FB groups and a godsend 🙏🏻 lender i’ve known for a while now he runs on telegram “fixmyfunds237” is his tag ( just putting out options ) and about Facebook Have you tried that? All you would have to do is put your area and put the words mutual aid in with it and search it up. Yes, this is on Facebook so it would mean that people might see that you're posting, but it's far more likely you'll get help there or telegram then in this specific sub. And sometimes I believe that more people on this sub get a loan than you might think, it's just that almost no (legit) lenders want to expose themselves to hundreds of pm’s and dozens of scammers by doing anything else than directly messaging the ones in need.

2024.11.29 23:40 WhiskyIndiaEcho First week post op, and I think this is the worst decision I’ve ever made.
I’ve made my fair share of bad decisions, and I’m a terrible baby, but I think this time I have sped up my timeline towards death.
My sleeve was Monday. It’s now Friday. Last night, we had a fecal impaction scare, and that was no fun. My body automatically took over and I pushed, and it came out, but now I’m worried, at what cost?
Since I’ve come home, I’m not able to do more than an ounce or two of anything liquid within 15-20 minutes. I’m not meeting my goals for water, or protein, or movement. I’m pretty nauseous whenever I drink or move. And winter finally hit and I am freezing.
I think my external sutures are fine, but I’m not sure about my internal ones. From trying to get the impaction out, and the slew of laxatives I took, I got some pretty deep brown, sticky stools that I’m afraid have blood from like a torn staple in my stomach from when I pushed, or just something botched during the procedure.
I’m not in so much pain to need the codeine pills. I’ve been taking liquid Tylenol occasionally. But it even takes me 15 minutes to down 15mL. Every time I swallow something, it feels like it’s coming back up. I’m afraid I’m going to be like this forever and I’m so scared. I feel like I’m going to die from dehydration or malnutrition because I just cant. I can’t keep swallowing. My husband keeps pouring me liquids two ounces at a time and I’m so behind but j just can’t swallow things fast enough to stay on top because I feel full and a sharp pain. Hell. I can’t even cry without pain. I just want to go to sleep for the next 5 weeks.
But on the bright side, I’ve finally reached 200, which I haven’t been able to do in 4 years.
Any words of comfort or encouragement will be greatly appreciated because I’m so scared right now and I feel so alone.

I have a 10 yr old step daughter and a 4.5 year old daughter with my spouse. So far I have only really bought for my daughter and bought a few things for my step daughter. My spouse hasn’t bought a single thing for OUR daughter, only his oldest. When I bring up the fact I am annoyed he isn’t helping me with OUR child’s gifts and is only paying for HIS child’s gifts he gets annoyed and tells me we each buy for one kid…I feel this is super unfair to me? His oldest child isn’t mine, I love her to death but don’t think it’s fair I have to pay for my daughter’s gifts all on my own. Has anyone else been in this boat? Am I being rude and overreacting?

This is my first time ever posting on Reddit so I apologize for any rambling or if this isn’t the right place to ask. So long story short, I am proposing to my boyfriend for Yule this year. He is a Norse Pagan while I am a Hellenistic Pagan. I ran into a problem when I was trying to get a custom engraving for the inside of the ring. I want to engrave the word ‘Eternity’ , ‘My Love’ , or ‘Sanctuary’ in Old Norse. The only problem is: I don’t know how to translate that. I don’t trust google translate since this is something that is supposed to last for the entirety of our marriage and I want to make sure the translation is as accurate as possible. I was going to engrave ‘Meine Leibe’ since I have very strong Germanic and Swiss roots that go way back as does he, but I wanted to tailor this ring to him as much as possible, so I thought I could engrave in Old Norse to respect his practice and beliefs. He has Norwegian ancestry as well which is what swayed me into this decision. I’m sorry that I am all over the place but I want to be as accurate as possible and wanted to know if anyone could help me translate the quotes above?
