So I recently got a Lectric XP Lite 2.0 mostly because I found it tiring to use a regular bike to get around. My issue with is that when pedaling I sometimes feel a slight vibration from the motor, which happens mostly when using it on PAS 0. It's not constant and usually goes away after catching some speed. I'm not sure if this is normal or not as this is my first e bike, or if it's just due to the bike not having any kind suspension

2024.11.29 23:31 Fat_Fox8 Feeling guilty about getting a new puppy after passing of my old girl who I miss so much.
I lost my 14 year old girl about 7 weeks ago, I miss her so so much and life without her has honestly been extremely miserable, I find it difficult to sleep and every day feels like a chore. I’ve decided to welcome a new puppy and will go and see a litter tomorrow, my girl was a beautiful black lab and the pup I will go and see tomorrow is yellow, the thought of not having a black dog is so strange and I don’t know why but every black lab I see I feel I’m looking for her in it so I know a yellow will be a little easier on me as it will look so different and we can start a fresh together without any subconscious comparison. I know it’s really quick to get another dog and that’s why I feel so guilty, I don’t want to replace her and that’s not why I’m getting another puppy, I just miss everything a dog brings, she was such a joy and now the home is empty and quiet and lonely but I just am scared that she would be upset or disappointed in me for getting another dog, she loved all animals and people she was friends with my house rabbit who passed away exactly 1 week after she did and the double loss has really hit me hard. Did anyone else choose to bring in another puppy soon after losing a much loved dog? Did you feel any guilt? If so how did you deal with it? Did you opt for a dog that looks different to your lost dog to make the transition easier?

 | I just bought this beautiful 1911, used. Seems to be pretty new, I don't know how many rounds previous owner put through it, but it is in very good shape. I took it to the range, shot 115gr and 124gr fmj new factory brass ammo. I experienced a lot of failure to feed as picture attached. Is this normal for a tightly fitted 1911? It is not every shots, but 4 to 5 out of 9 shots. I'm a little set back because of this due to its name and price. I expected flawless operation. I have brought it to the range twice, and have shot at least 4 boxes, 200 arounds roughly. Do I need a new spring? Following in the footsteps of my father who was a lifelong Nikon photographer, I have finally made the switch from Fujifilm. The ZF arrives tomorrow and it will be coupled with the 40mm F2 kit lens. I am quite excited!
I was hoping to get some tips on suitable primes that can pair well with the ZF. Whilst my father has a collection of lenses, they are mainly zooms. I mainly shoot street & landscape with some occasional environmental portraits. For my initial set up, I would be interested in a 28mm, 40mm and a 85mm lens respectively. Manual is fine and I also don’t mind adapting.
To be honest, there is such a plethora of great options that it beginning to make my head spin.
A few lenses that I have an eye on are: - Nikon Nikkor Z 28mm F2.8 - Voigtländer 40 mm/1:1,2 NOKTON - Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.4G
I would love to get some advice from the folks here 🙂
