I know that it's widely known that the tracker is inaccurate but most people seem to have problems with the time being frozen and then adjusting itself later. My "problem" (it's not really but it still is kinda crazy) is that my tracked time is severely higher than the played time. I've recently got RE4 Remake and have been playing for slightly less than 20 hours - and that's with a bit of time added on top for reloads, etc. - yet my playstation shows 78 hours. Comparing my played time and tracked time earliern in my runs I came to the conclusion that my PS is basically tracking 4 times as many hours. Now I've also had games where my tracked time seemed higher than usual but that's a new one for me.
And yes, there has been no idling in rest mode with the game not closed or something like that. It just straight up tracks 4x times as much

I’ve found a lot to read about the varied experiences/outcomes for people who had their gallbladder removed after experiencing significant pain and other symptoms, but not so much reading about people who had theirs out with minimal symptoms.
