This is my current stocking plan for a 20 gal tank, densely planted:
5-6 African Dwarf Frogs 5 Zebra Danios 5 Endler’s Livebearers 1 Honey Gourami 1-2 Bamboo Shrimp Possibly nerite snail(s) and neocaridina
Tank Dimensions: 24x12x16 (20 gal tall)
Water Parameters: 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 1-5 nitrate (unclear), 7.4 pH, 140 GH, 80 KH, ~200-300 TDS, (all but pH measured in ppm)
Any advice (STOCKING advice) is welcome, I’m also curious on if this is too much for my tank? I have used AqAdvisor and done some research and don’t believe so but I am curious if anyone has any notes :)
P.S. I am aware of the slight risks of keeping these frogs with fish, and if I see any aggression or stress signs in either party will return to a species only frog tank. This post is not meant to address this.

When I started job hunting, I set 18k as my non-negotiable salary. Anything above that, I considered a bonus. However, as someone without experience, it felt challenging to demand such a figure, especially when competing against experienced candidates. Many companies prioritize experience over potential. On top of that, I really wanted an onsite role since I had never experienced living in Manila on my own—not even during my internship.
Throughout the process, I was firm in knowing what I wanted, not just in salary but also in how I wanted to approach my applications. I never attended an onsite interview. Why? If companies can source candidates online, isn’t it more practical and efficient to conduct the entire interview process online as well? Traveling for an interview when everything else could be done remotely didn’t make sense to me. It also showed me that a company willing to accommodate an online process values a candidate’s time and convenience, which aligned with the kind of organization I wanted to work for.
Thankfully, I found a company that met my expectations and more. I received my desired salary, completed the entire recruitment process online, and had only one interview—it was a now-or-never moment. On top of that, I got my preferred onsite schedule, working Monday to Friday + got so lucky with a flexible setup. My manager and supervisor are kind, and as a bonus, we get free coffee and meals. The company is somewhat a start-up, which I prefer since it allows me to clearly see the impact of my contributions. Additionally, we were informed during the interview that they are still improving their compensation and benefits package (only offered the gov dues before), but yesterday we got to know that we were included in the HMO plan as they continue to improve their benefits.
It feels like all the odds aligned in my favor. Staying firm about what I wanted throughout the process allowed me to land a role that meets my needs. Now, I’m praying to be regularized because I truly love the work environment, even though I’ve only been here for three weeks.

 | I recently bought this matching set from a brand called Forest Ink. It’s actually really nicely made. It’s my first foray into matching sets like this, and I almost never wear skirts. But I found this to be super flattering (as I think many other soft dramatics would) and very versatile; I can dress it up or down and it looks great either way. It’s also slightly sexy because of the sheer portions and the low cut top but not so sexy as to be inappropriate for day time. Plus I can wear a regular bra with it! Has anyone found other things like this but in different colors? I can only seem to find things like this from alternative brands that have a lot of “spooky“ branding and while I do love alternative clothing, I don’t really like wearing spooky and Halloween things all year round like some alternative dressers do. I would love something like this in burgundy or red or even black but just not with spiderwebs. Before I write anything I'm just going to apologise for being a downer, its just I don't really feel I can say this in my life because I don't want to be a burden.
I have felt like I was going to end up alone for years and for a while I kind of learnt to deal with it. It's honestly my biggest fear - I've been alone before and I've had friends just abandon me for seemingly no reason, and I know I can't deal with that again.
However, as of recently it's gotten so much worse. First I had a falling out with one of my friends for being really condescending and making me feel so stupid. It was so bad that i ended up being unable to sleep properly for ages because of it. Then I had that damn party where someone I thought was my friend got drunk and insulted me and made me feel horrible and made me actually feel bad for being autistic. I havent even wanted to look at him let alone talk to him since. Since then I've realised how horrible my family are. All of them are the most horrible people I know. My dad doesn't care about me and he's never tried, my mum says the most offensive stuff possible and acts like I'm fragile and my brother is just a bully.
I just keep wondering whose going to leave me next. I know that everyone will eventually hate me I deserve it and I know that by the time schools over next year I will be more alone than I've ever been. I'm just so scared of being alone. I just don't know how I'd deal with it.
Again I'm sorry for being miserable but I just kind of need to rant and I don't really know how else to do it - unfortunately I don't even know if there is a feasible solution. Again sorry.
