Decided to get a PC since Black Friday is today and there was quite a good number of deals today. I am planning on custom building my own to select my own parts, but I wanted to know if what I have chosen is good enough?  | 1st hibiscus tree. Got it at Lowes (picture# 3 is when I got it 2 weeks ago) it doesn't seem to be soaking water from the bottom, I'll leave it sitting there for an hour or 2 and it don't seem like water is being absorbed as the water leave appears to be the same. So, I need a Sylveon. I have an Eevee (male if that matters) that I got from a route, not from the g-max Eevee guy. It's level 60 and it's at five hearts. It knows three normal type moves and one fairy type. I've tried everything and it just won't evolve. Anyone have any tips?
