Behavioral Competency 7 — Consultation

Apologies - is your competency renewal or additional competency required to go to the CFR? MY renewal and additional competency applications have been sitting with the Provincial DFO, going on for 3 months now. No changes on the system, just shows "RECEIVED AT PROV DFO FOR QUALITY CONTROL". They said it is not needed anymore since 2013. How true is that? It contradicts the documentation I got from my dfo and I would like to be sure I do really not need it before handing in my application. I did get a printout from my dfo of my current competency and it does indicate on it where and when I did my proficiency training. My competency was issued in July 2019. There is no expiry date on my competency certificate printout I requested. The last handgun licence that was approved with this competency expires in 2032, for ocasional sport shooting. Now are my competency expiring in July 2024 after 5 years, or should it be valid until my last license expire in 2032? My competency app is at "For Consideration" since 3rd of June 2021. There's barely any movement on comp approvals. The process has been slowed down drastically in the last few months. Re: Licence and competency certificate number The number on the back of the card seems like the only stand-alone number for reference/admin purposes. So, I would think that the number on the back of your license card is the number they are looking for. To apply for the competency certificate you need to complete the application form (SAPS 517) and submit it to the Designated Firearms Officer (DFO) at your nearest police station. SAPS have prepared detailed instructions on how to complete the application form for a competency certificate. Here is what I used rifle licence application. You can modify for the competency: To Whom It May Concern I, the undersigned, herewith declare that Joe Soap (ID xxxxxxxxxxx) has requested me to provide a character and competency reference in pursuit of him obtaining a rifle license in the Republic of South Africa. I have an old green license, but had to apply for new license+competency very soon (born in March) My competency certificate is going to expire now on 2012-01-29. Given the ruling/pending ruling, do I have to continue with the process, or does my Green Licence cover me? (If so, do I go to my local Police Station?) Your help would be appreciated. What is the current requirement for first time competency applications ? The SAPS 517 form has place for the details of the applicant and their spouse/partner in the main part of the form. The "FOR OFFICE USE ONLY" part has place for details of two interviewees and an interview with the spouse/partner. I, the undersigned, herewith declare that FULL NAMES (ID XXXXXXXXX) has requested me to provide a character and competency reference in pursuit of him obtaining a rifle license in the Republic of South Africa. I have known NAME for more than ….. years and can vouch for his character. NAME is a responsible citizen of sound mind and sober habits.

Your best friend discusses your most humiliating private events in a judge-mental way like it’s hot tea for their “fans”? . Both had to use writing or hard earned success to climb the social ladder and weren’t satisfied with their “safe, boring” partner and wanted to tame the exciting, richer man (busy cheating on their own partner). Their friends could be going seriously suffering and all they can think about or wanna talk about is their boy trouble. I had a scheduled c section on Monday, and it’s been a downhill spiral since. The c itself wasn’t horrendous, but I ended up with a spinal leak headache which I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. It lasted for 36 hours before anesthesia could intervene and do an epidural blood patch - all while baby was cluster feeding and we had maybe 6 hours of sleep under our belts for 2 days. If you’ve ever had a spinal headache, you literally can’t sit or stand up without splitting pain and essentially just have to lie flat.
I also didn’t react well to all the things pumped into me for the c section on day one so I was sweating profusely and feeling hungover for at least 8 hours after (pre spinal headache). And then when it was finally time to discharge another headache came on and my BP spiked, and they almost had to hold me for pre eclampsia but thank god it was just stress induced.
ALL THAT TO SAY - we finally came home yesterday on Thanksgiving, and navigating our home life and also trying to recover AND be a new mom is leaving me in the absolute goddamn trenches. My boobs are covered in bruises as is my body, the trapped gas pain in my upper back is absurd, today my baby is inconsolable (maybe overstimulated?) and we are simply going through it. I haven’t had a second to actually rest and recover and my mental health is suffering hardcore.
If anyone else in this group is going through the same, I feel you so fucking hard. The silver lining is a VERY cute baby, but damn I feel like the shell of a human.

At this time my Doctor has me on 100mg of Lamictal and wants to increase me to 200 mg. So she recommended taking one in the morning and one before bed. Well, I was stupid and decided hey let me just take my 200mg at once and I felt fine and then had a moment, lol. I was driving to a Thanksgiving dinner as I don't really have a family and I felt super depressed and started crying on the way over. I managed to make it through dinner but then I went home and started thinking about how I was still single and blah blah blah and wailing again. Just curious if this is normal with this medication. I have been on it for about 2 months now.

I didn't give a Fair shot to PoE1 die to the complexity and the fact i was "late" to the game. PoE2 seems to make a Good effort towards being more "newbie" friendly so i'm seriously considering playing. However i would like to ask, if someone has annamswer, how co-op friendly Is the game? Can i do "missions" with Friends? Is there a Number limit? How much Is teamwork actually beneficialo of not incentivized/necessary? Are there actual "support" builds or something similar?

Taking a break made me better. Started playing Rocket League around 15-16 months ago. About 5-6 months ago I got up to p4 in 1s and d1 in 2s but got hard stuck and frustrated after a while. I took a break from the game and just came back about a 6 weeks ago.
For some reason after a few days back I noticed mechanically I was playing significantly better than when I stopped. Started being able to do some basic wall to air dribble ect and just kinda kept snowballing.
This morning I hit D1 in 1s and just broke into champ for the first time in 2s. Feels pretty good to have improved further.
Have yall ever had a similar experience (in RL or otherwise) where taking a healthy break ended up being better for you as a player?

so i’ve been playing now roughly since June of this year, i know i’ve gotten into it pretty late but all things considered im CL 1,250 and im having a tough time seeing the end of when ill be able to collect a good amount of series 3 cards and above, is this a thing that occurs to most or am i missing a more effective way to rack up the levels ? any tips would be helpful, i know the state of the game is in a weird place now with everyone being very upset with how it’s going but is there a way to turn it around for the marvel snap team ? and also to make my life easier to collect cards
