2024.11.30 01:00 WrenAgainButThen Re-dating a 5-year Cousin?
Has anyone ever re-dated a 5-year? I needs suggestions, because I don't really have any idea where to start. I was gifted two 5-years by accident, a couple of holidays ago, and I'd like to use it, since it has the good paper. I'm looking for options to cover up and re-date everything...maybe stickers for the yearly calendars in the front, and correction tape/stamps something else for the daily pages? The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that the wrong dates will be stamped on the outside cover, but otherwise, I don't really want to waste a good notebook. Are there any tools, tips, or suppliers I should consider?

Enseña como contar buenas historias, verdaderas o ficticias. Ademas enseña un juego conversacional divertido que jugar donde sea con quien sea, que te da todas las oportunidades que necesites para practicar lo que aprendes en el curso.
Son como 40 minutos del curso en si, piquen el link a youtube si quieren verlo, dice que lo haran de paga enventualmente pero ahorita esta disponible ahi.

2024.11.30 01:00 macotcot thrown off by burp feeling in throat
i feel like a burp is stuck in my throat. i don’t have the no burp thing, but i wont lie to you it’s freaking me out. it started when i was laying down trying to take a nap after i ate because i thought i was starting to get side effects from a vaccine. i suffer from acid reflux and im fully aware that laying down after eating doesn’t always end well… i think i was already sitting up, but i felt something climbing up my throat. let’s say it did not feel like gas…. so of course i panicked! i don’t feel nauseous or anything, but i feel off. if i do feel any sort of nausea, its most likely from my anxiety. the only thing tripping me out is my esophagus/throat. i tried playing games to distract me, but idk now i feel worse. i know games either cause more anxiety or calm me down, but dang it, it didnt help. this happened once before recently, but i dont think it felt as serious as this one—that might be a lie made up in my head. i’m kind of annoyed because i used to burp as a relief mechanism from my old nausea or acid reflux caused by anxiety but now it’s becoming something that scares me because it fools me. i took a tum, helped slightly but the feeling is still there. i don’t know what to do. my head is kind of everywhere. i was so fully convinced when that feeling started that it was going to happen. it felt too real. it scared me.
