Im in the nursing program and got an email from an advisor basically saying that by December 1st, if im not complio compliant, id be dropped from my clinicals and the lectures for it. This was a pretty last minute email and i couldnt find an open labcorp in time (only missing a drug screening). I already sent an email to them but in the meantime im worried. I have social anxiety (and adhd but thats probably unrelated) the anxiety symptomsi have is i start sweating like crazy when i arrive at school or if im around people my age that i am not friends with, my heart beats EXTREMELY rapidly, and it doesn't help that my resting heart rate is on average 110-120 so its beating at around 180-190 bpm when the anxiety is at its worst (i have an apple watch ive checked it multiple times) i start nervous swalling every 5 seconds and feel like everyone hears it and is looking at me, and i cant focus on anything else, struggle to get words out, voice shaking and cutting after every word and forgetting what i was going to say because im spending all my energy talking. I don't know if anyone else has had these symptoms but i was wondering if you would recommend propranolol, and if you take it every day or only certain days. Or other solutions without medication that i can also try thanks

I’m curious how many of you have filled this role and how strict they are on requirements?
At the risk of sounding cocky, I ask because I’m a high end staff software engineer at “big tech.” The kind of name that carries huge weight. And I’m wondering if I can leverage that to get a job I’m “not” skilled for.
This role seems like lower level troubleshooting and misc tech tasks. Technically I have almost zero employed experience in this but have played IT for over 2 decades for family and friends small businesses. I’ve pulled cable and configured many backend systems and servers including some VOIP work.
I took a few A+ cert practice exams and passed them all. If I needed to I’d study and take it and the Microsoft help desk cert I see on the listings. Confident I’d pass with little issue.
I also have time - I’m thinking forward to 2026 or 2027 when I’m in a position to come home to no job.

I literally wished my parents died, they are so so toxic. I'm fed up. It's 6 am and she shouting on me for wearing new clothes cause she will have to wash my one pair of cloth. She is fucking mad.
