2024.11.30 01:00 macotcot thrown off by burp feeling in throat
i feel like a burp is stuck in my throat. i don’t have the no burp thing, but i wont lie to you it’s freaking me out. it started when i was laying down trying to take a nap after i ate because i thought i was starting to get side effects from a vaccine. i suffer from acid reflux and im fully aware that laying down after eating doesn’t always end well… i think i was already sitting up, but i felt something climbing up my throat. let’s say it did not feel like gas…. so of course i panicked! i don’t feel nauseous or anything, but i feel off. if i do feel any sort of nausea, its most likely from my anxiety. the only thing tripping me out is my esophagus/throat. i tried playing games to distract me, but idk now i feel worse. i know games either cause more anxiety or calm me down, but dang it, it didnt help. this happened once before recently, but i dont think it felt as serious as this one—that might be a lie made up in my head. i’m kind of annoyed because i used to burp as a relief mechanism from my old nausea or acid reflux caused by anxiety but now it’s becoming something that scares me because it fools me. i took a tum, helped slightly but the feeling is still there. i don’t know what to do. my head is kind of everywhere. i was so fully convinced when that feeling started that it was going to happen. it felt too real. it scared me.

I just snagged a refurbed R8 and a new RF 24-240 lens on some Black Friday deals as my first camera and lens. I will be taking this setup on a 3 month backpacking trip to south east Asia. I am now looking for a good bag/camera cube. I'd like it to be as small as possible and to hold the camera with the lens attached as well as the charger and an extra battery. My budget is pretty open but cheaper is better. Any help is appreciated.

2024.11.30 01:00 jherispringer Airbrush spray booth in same room as grow tent?
I can't be the only one with this overlap in hobbies lmao
So- I have a 3x3 in the same room as my airbrush spray booth. Use the spray booth almost every day for about an hour with only water-based, "non-toxic" acrylics and inks. The window is always kept open, and I'm about to install a 4" fan and ducting to slurp all the extra paint particles out the window. The tent is 8 ft away, vent-in facing the opposite direction from the spray booth, vents-out through the top. I also turn off the vent fan when airbrushing
Obviously it's not ideal, but is there any risk to painting around my plants during veg or flower? Should I install an inline carbon filter to scrub the air coming into the tent? Maybe most importantly, will me or a loved one be diagnosed with mesothelioma and be entitled to financial compensation?
Interested to hear y'alls thoughts & advice on how to make my setup safehealthier. Unfortunately this is the designated "hobby room," so everything's gotta stay in here
