I'm 30/ Female, looking to purchase some kind of OTC treatment for scattered acne marks, I am unable to take a picture to post hear but they are dark and severe enough to stop me wearing sleeveless/ open back clothes. Very new to all the skincare stuff. Currently using tretinoin 0.025% but unable to do it daily. I live in US as of now but originally South Asian if that matters. Hoping to find some good and cost effective recommendations.

I've had sciatica pain for a year and a half now. ( crushed joint in lower back. 2 crushed disc's in neck plus spine curve to the right and forward making me have a hump) I have to take 800mg ibuprofen and 1000 mg acetaminophen every 4 hours or the pain is not bearable. My bf doesn't seem to understand this. I guess since I can walk and sit ( if I keep up on the pain meds) he thinks I should feel fine. I don't. He gets upset about me never wanting to have sex. It's not just about the pain but also if he does something I don't like that is uncomfortable or painful to me and I tell him, but he continues to do it then why would I want to bother doing anything with him? People will try to racialize this so I'll just say, I grew up with trashy white people and now live in a place with trashy nonwhite people. Across the board they all try to act hard. It's a form of misogynistic thinking at the end of the day, because the women who do it exist significantly less, but I do know they exist, half my family married Cookie Monster sweatpants girls. It makes me classist to be harassed by them so much. Acting hard is just being a fucking asshole. You don't earn anybody's respect except other stupid people in monster energy drink hats when you try to actively antagonize and violently intimidate people out of nowhere or based on how feeble or muggable they look. And they've always targeted me because I'm 4'11 and visibly disabled. Which makes me hate them more.
I have two loser neighbors like this now, a man woman couple, who harass me so much despite me being a woman, and I can't fight back because of the boyfriend. At the end of the day acting hard is just being a bully. A low IQ one with no skills and no potential. These people don't believe in themselves because they shouldn't, so they don't try to play by the rules of a peaceful well intended society and instead choose to constantly disturb and intimidate others. They have a fraudulent Mercedes in the same crappy apartment as us. It makes me think most of these people are just entitled. If you're a humble hardworking person just trying to live alongside these trashy people they act like you owe them something and don't have basic human respect for others. My reaction to this over time is to associate people who act like this as less than. Why act shocked when that's what happens in the end? I'm so over it and it's making me classist. You can tell who is poor and has a bachelors degree and who was a failed abortion brain damagedly trying to assault you for not being the same trash they are. Which brings me to my final point. Being poor doesn't make you into one of these trashlords, but all of these trashlords are poor.
