Hi All,
I'm banging up against my "just make things better" OCD and struggling to find a decently made and durable field pouch for packing cables and tech tools.
I've worked my way through various versions on Amazon, all the ones I tried were garbage, tried a few "higher" brand names but they're not "tech focused" and suited toiletries more then mini routers and dongles.
The Hak5 field kit pouches, without the branding is what I'm aiming for. It would go in my regular pack as a removable piece. I like to have a alot of gear on hand, upward of a dozen cables, small tools, several USB pluggables, storage cards, mini router etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

So I (29, Non-Binary) Have been a teacher at a local elementary school here in Pennsylvania, I was very pissed off when Trump won the election and even more so when our state was turned red, not the point though. After the election things at the school started to change but not nearly as bad as they did about a week ago, basically what had happened was that the day before (Thursday) all staff was sent an email, long story short, it basically said any and all pride flags were being banned and were to be replaced by state and American flags, this shocked me, I was absolutely pissed and wasnāt going to comply along with a couple of others, however that Friday when we didnāt take them down, the superintendent sent another email saying we had until next Friday (Today as I write this) to take them all down, hereās the thing I have family in Michigan and with this being a holiday week for Thanksgiving (I donāt celebrate and neither does my family) I had bought planes tickets to leave that Saturday and I was not cancelling them nor was I complying with the ārequestā of the superintendent. So fast forward to today about noon, my boss personally sent me an email and stated that they were looking at replacements for me, I was pissed, so what Trump won why tf do I have to take down my flags and things that make me happy all cause a racist, misogynistic man won the election, I donāt give a fuck about the USA flag because of what it means to me, so AITAH?

I cannot think of anything I've been successful at. Academia? I went to a top secondary school but squandered its privilege and went to substandard university where I learnt, quite frankly, nothing. My own mother asked me 'why I'd want to go there'.
Friends? In secondary school, someone told me that 'this was why people leave you' and true enough, everyone I have ever known has just... given up on me. I have no friends from primary school. I have one friend from secondary school. Everyone else doesn't give a shit about me.
Love life? I've never been asked out, ever. The only person that has ever verbally stated attraction to me also stated attraction to a literal fish. I'm not attractive by modern let alone medieval standards.
Family? They hate me. My father always wanted sons and so still struggles with the idea that he has three daughters. My mother doesn't feel a 'bond' to me. My sisters use me as their personal chefs. My extended family don't give enough of a fuck about me.
Pets? My dog loves me but when she dies it will ruin me. I will have nothing to live for when she dies. I will rot and starve in my bed.
Job? I quit it. I hated it. I've told nobody. I shouldn't have quit it. My money is dwindling and I keep buying and I can't afford a therapist let alone a psychiatrist. My work friends haven't messaged me once since I left.
I just feel like I have nothing and am nothing. I don't know what makes a human, but surely, it isn't this.

2024.11.30 02:30 enory firewalld rules, alternative to the moduile?
The firewalld module doesn't support all the firewall-cmd commands I set, and I'm not keen on writing a module to set a couple of basic rules. command module to run the commands would not be idempotent.
It looks like the settings firewall-cmd sets are saved in /etc/firewalld as xml files. Is this comprehensive and would it be appropriate to simply copy over these files to target hosts then restart firewalld.service? Or since IP rules are just nftables rules, could I copy those? I would need to find out firewalld sets though. Copying configs seems in general much simpler, foolproof, and idempotent.
Any tips much appreciated. I'm not too knowledgeable on networking and don't want to mess this up. I only set general recommend settings. Example of some commands:
