I have a 3-4weeks break from training, just had a worst season ever, what should I do during this break to comeback next year?
I’m a high school sprinter running mid 12&26s in 100,200 I’m wondering should I lose some weight(currently 58kg, 5’4)
but the biggest problem I need to solve is my mentality, always too nervous before races and cannot perform my best, especially in the 100m. I’m not so nervous during 200m, but I have no idea why after tonnes of training in summer, I still ran slower than before My hip flexors are so weak that I can’t lift my leg fully up in every stride, and my legs start cycling during the first few steps after block start, which they’re supposed to be stepping backwards.. Could someone give me some advice/program for me to improve in these 3weeks

I recently went to my 10 year reunion. I ran into some old friends of course and decided to hang out with them it was held at a bar so of course everyone was drinking and one of my old guy friends slips in that he sort of had a crush on me in high school. The thing is that I was kind of into him too but both of us were to shy to say anything then.
As a side note I went home and out of curiosity looked up our astrology compatibility and it said we would be super compatible.
I am currently in a relationship with someone else and have been for years. I thought he was the one. Now though I just know if I had been single this guy that I had reconnected with and I would have gone further at the end of the night. (nothing happened we both went home separately we just acted as friends) I am pretty sure that we are going to stay in touch and keep up a friendship. But I have spent so much time thinking about it since that night.

So I turned on my computer today and during the hp logo screen, there were suddenly some numbers below the logo saying that the computer was updating. It took a long time to finish updating, and when it finished, the blue screen came on and displayed the words, "Diagnosing Your PC." After THAT was done, my computer finally opened, except the home screen was just all black and there was no taskbar or apps. An icon showed up in the top-left corner of the screen. On there it said "How do you want to open this?" I chose Google Chrome and the window opened. My bookmarks and background color were the same, but s tab was opened for a website called "TeamViewer" and the text looked pixeled. To test, I minimized the window, but the task bar wasn't there to maximize it. That's my best way to describe the issue. Why is my computer doing this all of sudden and so randomly? Is there a solution to bring it back to normal?

My first port of call is normally Screwfix, but I'm wondering if there's a consensus. Both of my nearest screwfix stores are in the same estate as tool station shops, so location isn't a factor.
I think tool station often comes up cheaper. Screwfix tends to have a larger range of items, but Tool Station has a bigger range of the stock it carries. For example I called to SF to grab a few bits and tried to get a tin of Zinsser paint as I was in there, and they didn't stock the one I wanted. TS had it in a few different sizes.
But, for me, it comes down to the website. Screwfix just seems so much better than TS's. It seems like such an easy fix. Most of the tool station site is OK, but going back to previous pages is weird. Searching a product and the site brings up a single item, where Screwfix brings up a range of that product.
