Recently got into the second round for a product support role where I’ll basically be monitoring toll booth cameras, doing basic troubleshooting, escalating issues to the proper places, and documenting.
It sounds like a basic help desk role where instead of users calling for issues I’ll be actively looking for any issues and troubleshooting. The role pays 20/hr and doesn’t require a degree.
Anything more that I should expect? Am I going to be glued to a monitor all day looking for issues?

So I need to replace some panels on my 1980-built shed. The manufacturer has gone out of business, and the info in the house purchase contract is, well, thin.
This is all the info I have on the sheeting, verbatim: "The walls to be sheeted with a special Hex crimp 0.49 galv. iron fixed to timber girts".
Manufacturer is/was Weathershield Garages & Carports
Any idea where I could go to get replacement panels?
