After completeing the Ward ending, I loaded a save to do another ending. After escaping from Ward base (Chemical plant), I lose the Regenerator at some point. It is just taken away from my inventory in the wild. Previously I used it to heal the NPC (can't remember his name, the one who gives you a modified scanner). Is it a bug? Or is it supposed to be so?

2024.11.30 03:30 Longjumping-Sky-3135 Nuss experience + redo surgery soon
 | Pic #2 is 2 weeks post op. Pic #3 is 3 weeks post op. Pics #4 and #5 is 5 weeks post op. Pic #6 is before surgery Surgery with surgeon Dr Cedric Scheffield at Cleveland clinic in Weston Florida on 8/22 Released home on 25th Had cryoablation and nerve blocks , 1 bar with 2 stabilizers Surgeon said that the reason the bar is diagonal instead of straight across my chest is because the lower part of my sternum I think was still cartilage. Day of surgery : woke up after surgery sometime around 7pm with not much pain, had pain pump that I forgot what it was but not morphine and nurse suggested I used it every 10 min to stay on top of pain. Also had 2 drain tubes still inside me on both sides of my chest that stayed until day 3. I slept good other than that I had an alarm go off every 10 min to press the pain pump button. Day 2: I was still using the pain pump and prescribed pills of ibuprofen, acetaminophen, gabapentin, and Oxycodone . Probably an hour after breakfast I threw up and it didn’t cause too much pain, then after 1 bite of lunch I threw up again and got a nausea medicine in my iv and I haven’t been nauseas since. Later in the day the pain pump was removed and I was only on the pills for pain. Also walked around the hallway with the pt. Day 3: still not much pain. The pain would range from 2-4 out 10 throughout my hospital stay. Appetite started to comeback slightly. We decided to walk around the hallway more and more each day. Lots of chest x-rays throughout the hospital stay to make sure the pneumothorax from the operation was getting smaller. The drain tubes were removed , more x-rays , and waiting for the surgeon to look at the x-rays to make sure I’m clear to go home. Pain was still ranging from 2-4 out of 10. Day 4-9: pain was getting better and I was released home on day 4. After getting home the pain was very manageable and just need help going from the laying position to sitting up. Ive been taking gabapentin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen and only taking 1 oxycodone a couple hours before bed. After sleeping for some hours the pain gets very uncomfortable so would take acetaminophen or ibuprofen at around 4 am to help. Doing a good amount of walking around the neighborhood and still can’t take full deep breaths like before because of pain. I have a constant pain that gets worse when the meds wear off but not too bad and constant pressure in my chest especially when moving but also isn’t too bad Day 11: I got off all medication except gabapentin. Week 3-4: week 3 the pain was a lot better than before and I can get up from laying down on my own now. The swelling has mostly gone away and revealed my pectus wasn’t fully corrected. Although my heart is not being compressed anymore, my right side when I press down it feels as if that part is deeper than before surgery. The right side is also visibly significantly deeper than the other side. Scheduled another x ray and appointment with surgeon to check on this. Week 5 : had appointment with surgeon and reviewed xray. Surgeon said the ribs the right stabilizer is on isn’t as strong as he thought and that is what is causing the ribs to sink down on my right side. He said out of the hundreds of nuss surgeries he has done, only 4-5 times he had to go back and do another surgery. So I will be scheduled soon for another surgery in about a week or 2 and he will take out the first bar and add 2 bars with a total of 4 stabilizers. At what age did your german shepherds get their first cycle? My girl is 7 months old today and I'm hoping to get an idea of when to expect it to possibly start and what all i need to do to prepare. What did you use for it? washable diapers? Disposable diapers? Did remove it over night? All my other dogs have been rescues and fixed before I got them. Thank you all in advance.

90% sure I’m accepting a role in Beijing. Great school and package. My biggest worry is Beijing itself. I see so many negative things about it on various subs. I don’t want anything crazy, but somewhere with stuff going on for the weekends, places to eat, drink, places to walk/explore, gym, community etc. (I live in the Middle East right now and it doesn’t suit me at all, it’s just shopping/hotel bars here). Many people irl have told me they wouldn’t move there. What exactly is the problem with Beijing? Or is it people being overly negative? Need some further insight.
