Hello! I have depression and ADHD and have been taking bupropion xl 150 mg for about three years. Recently I have needed more help and was also diagnosed with ADHD so have begun taking vyvanse for the past 3 months. Two days ago, my doctor decided to switch my bupropion to sr 200 mg and I have felt super depressed at the end of both days. Has anyone else experienced this shift? Is it something I should expect to go away? I really appreciate anyone giving their perspective! Thank you!

Not sure if correct flair.. So mayda sgeg tawag sa ako na unknown number, kakulop pa, two times I answered, the first call all I hear is parang electric fan? Basta white noise tapos sa second call wala man lng akong narinig, tapos kanina tumawag din ulit pero tulog pa ako so hindi ko nasagot. Do u experience the same din ba or ako lng? Sa Dito sim ko sya tumatawag and I don't recall using my number for other stuff. Help please, nakaka paranoid HAHAHHAHA

i create another post about this when enhanced sync enabled the game get bad Stutter no matter what other settings i change the only way to remove that stutter is to disable Enhanced Sync i want to play this game at best Frame Time Possible but when u turn off Vertical Sync and can't Enable Enhanced Sync because of stuttering the game will get Tearing is anyone found a way to fix this ? 2024.11.30 05:24 No_Tradition6695 Sleep Hallucinations
I started having tactile hallucinations upon falling asleep and upon waking about 10 years ago. I’ve only had 3 but they are all very memorable and terrifying.
Today, I came home from work so exhausted and took a nap. About 10 minutes into my nap I was abruptly woken up by loud banging on glass of what seemed to be coming from my front door. It terrified me, my heart was racing, and I was frozen. I was able to confirm by the cameras and my son who was in the other room that no one banged on the door or anywhere else. So it was an auditory hallucination. It really has me freaked out and I can’t stop thinking about it. It was so real to me.
Anyone else have these? Are there anything that you find triggers it?

2024.11.30 05:24 Interesting_Egg_5510 My first lucid dream
Let me start by saying, WOW! What an amazing experience.
I was flying (a few feet off the ground) down a sidewalk in neighborhood. A male dream figure was looking at me funny and I realized I’m dreaming. I immediately checked my hands which started blurry and out focus but soon became clear. Then I got super excited and had to calm myself. It worked and the dream continued. The dream seems to last several minutes, 5-10 I’d guess.
The highlight was, I was in a group of people touring a home and I asked the group if anyone else was dreaming. Half raised their hands. I asked the same question again, but this time I asked everyone to put up a peace sign ✌🏼. The same people responded with a peace sign.
Absolutely WILD!
Some keys notes:
*looking at my hands definitely stabilized the dream. As well as putting my emotions in check.
*I was shocked how real people felt. I touched two people lol.
*I asked three separate dream figures “Can you tell me something important?” I got dumb stares from everyone.😂 maybe I asked the question wrong. Or asked the wrong people.
I’ve read a few books on lucid dreaming and my experiences matched closely to how lucid dream was described. I contribute my success and length of dream to reading these books. As soon as I woke I wrote the entire dream down. The dream was so long I had trouble remembering the beginning, but eventually it all came back.
Feel free to ask questions and provide tips for my next lucid dream.

Staying up until 1am then sleeping for an hour and a half the next afternoon doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep the previous night, you will still feel tired.
Blasting K-Pop after waking up from the nap and playing fnaf also doesn’t help you wake up.
