Just lookin to chill and play with a bit more mature crowd. I've been pc and console gaming since the Atari 2600. Yeah im old. Currently only have a pc. I only work about 20 hours a week so I got a lot of time to kill. I live in rural alaska right now. The nearest town is 75 minutes away. So not much to do here.
I don't take my gaming so seriously anymore. Just wanna kill time and have fun. So if you play super competative co-op games I'm probably not the one for u. Now when I play single player games I always play normal mode, never hard. Challenges are great but I don't got the patience or time to play harder difficulties anymore. :D
My gamer tag is Bananafish and I'm open to buy any game on steam that looks cool. I have played mmorpg, fps, sports, strategy, etc. I'm pretty open to any type of game thats well made and fun. Games I'm playing now are OW2, FFX2 remake, mass effect 3, civ 5, and kinda started Stellaris and wasteland 3.

No sé si está bien o está mal. Ya es la segunda o tercera vez que hago esto por él, y sé que no debería incentivar su vicio pero siento que él siempre será adicto y siempre va a necesitar drogarse.
Ahora mismo está más estable, osea que puede trabajar y estudiar y drogarse entremedio, pero sé que en otro momento estaría drogado todo el tiempo sin priorizar esas dos cosas.
Yo solamente quiero verlo bien y a veces lo mejor para él es esto.
No me llamó angustiado, me llamó porque lo estaba pasando bien y quería seguir pasandolo bien.
Yo no le hago a esas cosas, no me gusta que el las haga pero no hay nada que yo pueda hacer.
Eso. No sé qué quería sacar de ésto pero por lo menos pude desahogarme.

Hi! Just wanted to share a personal artistic moment.
I hadn’t created in a minute (maybe two months tops but that’s still enough to hinder a creative flow) and was trying to dive back into my art. I was finally finding a rhythm with the painting above but also feeling a little defeated at the same time. While I was getting in a groove, I had this beautiful epiphany. I realized I had used the same photo as loose inspo years ago. The second photo is of a painting from February 2021.
Not looking for criticism, I just appreciate this community and was wondering if anyone else has had a moment like this. We can be our own worst critics, but sometimes our backlog forces us to face our own growth. What a cool thing when we allow ourselves to face it. I would love to hear stories from other artists forcing themselves to look at old work and how it encouraged them. (Sometimes old work is a hindrance too because you see when you were in a sweet spot but we should use that to push forward as well.)
Anyway, solid thank you to this sub and I hope you all have a creative end of the year.

Well my sister 40f got married at 22 and had her daughter at 23. I was 18 and my brother was 13, when she had our niece. She and her husband weren't financially well. My parents helped them and frankly they also enabled them. When they lived us and ruined my and brothers teenage lives with constant fights and her bullying us. I gave back physically and verbally, but my brother was younger and he was true victim of her bullying. But once she and her husband tried with him , when he grewup and he put them at their place. Our dad worked in other city and mom was bullied by her. I still blame my parents for failing us. Though they couldn't leave jobs as they had loans and many other things. I love my mom dad and saw my mom suffered a lot. It also led my mom dad loose so much money on her. But I keep reminding them that our lives were ruined bcoz of their precious daughter. I had to let go of engineering because my sister had financially ruined my parents at that time. Though in end I have earned a good job and married to my co worker. And have set of twins and I make sure that I never become a parent like her.
Anyways my sister and her husband constantly cheats on each other and are fine with this open marriage thing. She now lives in dubai and makes good money. My niece is 17 and was raised by my mom and i. She used to lock herself with daughter in room as kid , whenever mom or i didn't agree with her conditions. She never raised her. And never said I love you to her own kid. Father is still present in life. But frankly my mom dad are her parents and she sees them as one. They have shifted to their house where my bil lives. My sister sends him money to live..Niece lives with my parents only.
Now sister complains that niece don't talk to her at all .My niece has nothing to do with her. My sister wants her to do accountancy and get her good job in dubai after college. My niece says no. She has refused foreign trips with her including an European trip. She says she rather work low paying job in future than work in her mother's company and live with her.. My sister is at high position and earns huge money. I told her money won't buy her love. She said she won't pay for her daughter's expensive college. I told her mom dad and i have saved enough money for her anyways. My niece cried for month, when I got married. It was heartbreaking for me to shift fifty kms away. But I had to live my life too and I had sacrificed my teenage and early 20s . I love her , but I couldn't do things which I wanted to.. And even though we don't meet every week. We still are close. My husband wanted to put my nieces saving in our children's account which i refused. He backed off.
Now my sister is blaming me for taking away her daughter. I laughed at her and told it's her own fault that her own child doesn't want her. She is scared who will take care of her in old age. I told her , she should've thought about it before all this and it's karma for how she treated our mother. She started calling me a biatch. My niece also don't care about getting any inheritance or anything from her. She buys her gadgets but that doesn't buy her my niece's love

If I quit now, besides giving this 30k back to UWM, do I also need to pay the interest generated from this 30k during this 1 year? I am kind of wandering how much is that number like a few hundreds? or 1k - 2k? Thanks!

 | So, I let a family move into my house for free that I’d known for a while and fell on hard times. They were super dysfunctional and I didn’t know until I was in too deep. They were getting divorced (which I had no idea) and had animals they neglected. The animals ended up peeing all over the carpet. It smelled awful for months, so I gave them 60 days to leave, and they flipped out. I got a temporary restraining order against the wife at one point. When they moved out, they rented a carpet cleaner, drenched it while they moved. By the time I could enter the carpet had mold, and smelled just as bad if not worse. The wife changed her phone number and email address so I couldn’t pursue damages. She also has started waiting for usps and stealing mail and packages from us, and grabbing her mail out of our box/never forwarded her mail. Had to buy a secure box. So, anyway, I wanted a revenge room so that I didn’t think about them when I go into that part of the house. Had to sand/pour new self level over the concrete because the foundation was fked too.  | Hi everyone! So once I did co-op with someone cosplaying as Jesus and it cracked me up, so I decided to do one myself for co-op! It is hilarious when people start making prayerful gestures to you haha So I copied the sliders from here. Weapon of choice was the Cross-Naginata, for obvious reasons. I asked the folks at PatchesEmporium to drop me a few more so I could use the same weapon with different AoW, so cheers to the awesome ER community! I found this setup to be pretty versatile and I can hit hard and provide good support for hosts. As you can see, I have quite a few defensive buffs and I’m relying mostly on 4 AoW and 2 incantations: Black Flame Tornado, Flaming Strike, Sacred Blade and Giant Hunt, Giantsflame Take Thee and Ancient Dragon’s Lightning Strike. It is a good mix of crowd control, high poise damage, elemental damage, and pretty decent to push away invaders. Using Ritual Shield because I’m pretty squishy, and I’m relying mostly on Erdtree Heal rather than healing flasks so I can really benefit from the Ritual Shield boost. The rest of the talismans I adjust based on area/enemy/invader. I also use other offhand seals to boost the incantations when applicable.
