I’m so in between these apps- SwagBucks and inbox dollars. They are both frustrating lately, but I’m obviously here seeking tips or suggestions on what to do. First let me clarify the game that I play was a first time download for me so I’m not trying to get one over on them. I have reached level 20- made some purchases even tho I swore I would 🤪 and my progress hasn’t updated. The only activity I have is that I downloaded the game. So now I’ve stopped playing, because at this point I feel like I’m wasting my time knowing InboxDollars. Customer support gives me the answers, or what they think is a resolution about my activity. That I have to wait X amount of days and it will show up. Soon the offer is going to expire, which is irritating. Playing games on my Phone is what I do in my down time. So it only makes sense to try and make a little money. I’ve given up on the surveys because I never meet the requirements. Does anyone have any tips, or tried out any of the other apps that pay you to play? Do they all make you wait extended periods of times to be rewarded? I don’t want to waste my first time downloads as I have been just testing out different apps. Just trying to find one that is pretty straightforward and I can earn my little rewards without all these hidden circumstances. Any tips would be fantastic!

Yes now I before I state this I want to say I do believe toxic or force positivity is a bad thing there’s nothing wrong with criticism or concerns but notice how “some” people do use this as an excuse to be negative. Really think about it for a second, when’s the last time you saw something genuinely positive on social media? I may see a few things but most of it is completely negative. Gossip, controversies, opinions wars, personal life issues that should be private etc. all this is meant to keep people in a bad mood if you don’t believe me take a good look at rich societies vs 3rd world countries or Amish people vs city people. Notice how there is a drastic all around mood change of how they observe life, how much healthier their mental state is, and how out going they are it’s almost as if they are humans and not NPCs. I have family members over from the islands no access to the internet when they come to visit they always say it feels as if they went to another dimension they mention about how negative people just are complaining about what’s happened on a social media apps, no friendly small conversations, no caring about friends or family & in just a constant state of depression. When I genuinely began my journey here and am currently trying in all my power to be done for sure I feel way more happier like I just don’t have much cares anymore and all around a lifted weight on discussing issues that I should of not gotten involved with or wouldn’t change my life. Notice too how people also get angry when you don’t agree with there negativity Life’s way too short to just be negative all the damn time. Just wanted to mention I know this isn’t the only issue that’s causing negativity but also many other large issues as well and I know I might get clowned on for ranting about negativity with negativity the irony. But overall guys live a healthy happy life it’s even beneficial to your health.

Hi all
I have got myself- retrospectively - into what I now see as a mess with my mortgage through an error in 2018.
I live in a purpose built apartment block. Subsidence was found in 2016 and underpinning likely - still waiting for the underpinning to take place next year.
To cut a long story short I remortgaged with another lender in 2018 and renewed 2020 - and simply assumed (very naively) that the subsidence was simply a problem for me to fund. They don't appear to have been informed. I'm sure I mentioned it to the broker but there's no record.
Obviously I now realise this means that the remortgage has been issued without awareness of the subsidence on the basis of the former LTV. My mortgage is up for renewal in 2025. I have been speaking to them and noting the subsidence as another lender had approached me to ask about remortgaging with them (my High St bank) and they eventually decided they would need the remedial work done first.
Which is now surely what my current provider would have said in 2018.
I understand from the contract that they could just ask me to pay the full balance in three months. I am considering calling their underwriters and having a grovelling conversation with them on Monday. I have had a legal chat with someone who says it's not mortgage fraud and that they may just move me straight to SVR until the work is done. I would be very happy to accept that if it happened but of course I don't know if it would. I feel so stupid.
Er...advice?! Might I need to quickly see if there is a specialist who could help with a mortgage in the interim?

The show is great, loved it. But the fandom is so obsessed with shipping characters that don’t need it. And for the characters that did get together, they won’t shut up about. They are acting like this is the first ever LGBT representation in a tv show and it’s honestly really annoying. Maybe cause the show was so popular and fantastic is the reason I’m seeing so much of it on social media, but I’m getting so sick of it. I can’t stand the level of dickriding that good shows produce. These edits need to stop.
