I am currently holding an H-1B visa valid until 2027. My wife is currently on an F-1 post-completion OPT, which she is volunteering for her professor’s research. OPT is scheduled to expire in July 2025. We have plans to travel to India and return by April 1, 2025. If she has not secured a STEM-related job by that time, we will apply for an H-4 COS. She currently has only one week remaining on her initial F-1 grace period. If we apply for COS on April 10th, based on current processing times, will she be required to leave the United States while the COS application is pending by July 11, 2025?

Closure would rapidly cause a grand re-opening to the floodgates of my desires. I’ve tried in every way to keep that Dam Secured and time after the levies have broken down with just the simplest thought of you. Mistakes were made on both parts but i acted as if i didn’t understand the assignment. The task was simple and definitely the most important duty i ever had in my life “to make you feel like the prettiest girl in the world and love you forever”. I fumbled and lost the game of love, and have felt lost, Naked and Afraid fighting the urge to tap out since you departed. With direct communication not being something we share anymore i find solace in hoping that the universe is smiling upon you and you have been reciprocating with life by smiling back at it. Everyday i envision you being at peace and doing whatever “makes you happy” . I truly did and still have an abundance of love for you and it’s a strange undying feeling that helps me navigate thru this path of loneliness. 2024.11.30 06:29 Pristine_Comment_212 I'm playing Takes of Vesperia. This is my first Tales game and after starting it twice, I finally have gotten into it and I love this game!
PSA - I'm banned from Reddit so my account will be deleted soon, but I don't care lol.
I randomly bought Vesperia on sale a few years ago. I'd heard of the Tales games before but never tried any of them out have them a second thought. Even when I bought this one I didn't play it right away.
One day, when I was bored, I booted it up. I played for about an hour or less. Just until you get into your first battles. I didn't really like the combat so I turned it off thinking I'd never play it again.
A year later I tried again. Started from the beginning and made it a bit further. Made it to the first boss and beat him, but still just didn't get the combat really. My approach up until this point was to just run in head strong and try to overwhelm the enemy. That is not how you're supposed to do things.
Fast forward another year or so, I booted it up once more determined to make it further and see how the story unfolds, and give it a real shot. I had never read anything online about this have, or any of the Tales games for that matter, besides that they were JRPGs and the fans tend to really like them.
This time I wanted to learn the combat system. I made it past the first boss and out into the over world and have not looked back sense. Holy crap this game has it all! I live the combat, although being surrounded by too many enemies sucks but that's not something that happens all that often.
It's so much fun to get into battles. Changing characters and using their moves adds a lot of variety into the action. I've played with all the characters but one at this point and am looking forward to trying it the last character.
The story and characters are interesting and each chapter and dialogue skit books on the characters and world in a way I haven't experienced in many other games. At first I thought I would get tired of the random skits, but I actually look forward to each one and learning more about them and how they interact with each other.
I feel the pacing is really balanced as far as cutscenes and dialogues go. I don't think I've found myself impatient with how long the dialogue or cutscene is going on. I find that each one is appropriately timed and the time between listening and playing is respectful to the player.
I understand there's a ton of unlockables, and that's totally ok with me. I'm a bit of a completionist, but I've peaked at conversations about 100%-ing this game and know the areas that I want to complete fully.
I'm about 20 hours into the game and I really haven't played a game that's made me feel like I'm playing a game and reading an interactive book that I can put down and not feel that addictive pull to play it again. I can just pay for a while, turn it off and come back later without it nagging in the back of my head.
The difficulty (besides that one boss. Yes, I beat him legitimately) is difficult, yet not overbearing. There's a lot of your disposal without making you godlike.
Anyway, I just wanted to hop on and celebrate this game with the community. Y'all have a new fan that joined the party in me! I've already bought Tales of Symphonia to play after this one. I've been hoping on here for advice from time to time and just thought I'd give y'all a short 'hello' and celebration before the Reddit overlords ban me again lol.
Although, I don't have a long window until my demise, I'll peak in the comments for any advice or welcomes. Take care everyone and may the future of Tales be bright!

I'm so confused over this one guy. He reached out to me first and we were going in the right direction for the first few weeks. He even mentioned that he doesn't like casual and is looking for a relationship.
But he suddenly went MIA for a couple of days until i reached out. I asked him if he was avoiding me and he said he's not, and that he went through something personal. But ever since then, he stopped coming to see me as often. We still text and when we do see each other, it usually ends up with us hooking up. And after that we kinda chill and talk abt random stuff like ?? WHY ARE YOU GIVING MUSIC RECOMMENDATIONS. But then over text I can tell he tries to keep the convo going but he sucks lmfao.
I'm just really confused on what his thought process is. I really liked him at first but those feelings kinda faded away...but I wouldn't mind sticking around? I DONT EVEN KNOW UGH HELP. Like do you want me or not? Are you playing hard to get or am i playing hard to rid of?

I've been in the DM mindset exclusively for several years now uninterrupted. Watching game running videos, talking about running games here and elsewhere, etc.
Well I'm joining a game as a player, and I'm worried about becoming some kind of backseat DM. I've seen and adopted so many opinions about good ways to make worlds, and I tend towards wanting control over things (hence why I've been a DM).
Do any of y'all have experience switching between DM Brain and Player Brain? Is it challenging at all? Is there anything I should be aware of that may not be obvious? Any and all advice is welcome, and thank you in advance!
