Hello everyone, I have a $1000 stipend from work and have everything I need, so I want to use the stipend for headphones. Ideally I want to spend $700 tops in case I eventually need to buy something else with my stipend. I'm in the US, and here are my current headphones:
- Sennheiser IE300 for gym and walks, and currently used when traveling
- Sony XBA-300's as a backup that I got as a gift
- Denon AH-D600 as my first "real headphones" that I rarely use but do occasionally for nostalgic purposes
- Beyerdynamic DT-1990 for serious listening at my desk
My IE300's are my current travel headphones and the v-shaped sound is so fun to listen to at the gym. My DT-1990's with Dekoni Elite Hybrid pads sound amazing, I love the warm sound, how clear they are and how they aren't as sharp as with the stock pads so I can listen to them for hours. The mild v-shape also makes them fun to listen to. I think those are my open-back end game headphones.
These would primarily be for flights, casual listening around the house, and genres like hip-hop, electronic, industrial, metal, and shoegaze. I'm hoping for a durable, fun, ideally v-shaped sound that I can listen to on flights and walking around the house. Some headphones I'm considering are:
- Sony Z7M2 - $700 on Amazon
- Denon AH-D5200 - $560 on Amazon for Black Friday
- Beyerdynamic DT-1770 - $380 for old gen, $600 for new gen that just came out

Hi, I made another Reddit--Post in /Hyperx But realised It might not only be me having issues with Drivers., after i've seen other Posts about Mice / Headsets not working.
So im curious, how many users actually have a bad experience with the Drivers? I have had very, very bad luck myself regarding my HyperX Clutch Gladiate RGB, which I can't fix myself.
Maybe its a silly Question overall, but I somehow wish someone with abit of Knowledge could reply.

Hi.. SQ sold me a flight getting into SIN-T3 at 1530hrs and my next flight is SIN-T2 at 1620hrs.
I assume this is possible otherwise SQ wouldnt have bundled the flights together, right? I imagine my luggage should be through-checked to HKT so it would simply be a matter of disembarking the family at T2 and jumping onto the flight at T3?

So I have my newly arrived 16PM NT still in box on my counter along with the otterbox lumen case and belkin screen protector
I spent 2 days scouring this sub and youtube and I don't have a final answer yet (this phone costs as much as my last 3 androids combined LOL so I wanna protect it)
Is the lumen good enough? I just want something that wont fall apart (apple silicone), or have major cutouts (other otter boxes and apple clear) and IF its clear, wont yellow(... all of them?). Raised edges going above the screen with a protector on it too.
Leaning to the spigen ultra T hybrid frosted black if i take back the lumen...
Appreciate any thoughts :)
